Anything that provides all the facts, and not a generous sampling of reasons the USA currently hates/loves a given country. This always means using multiple sources and cross-checking facts as they are available. As an example, if the CIA did a factbook of the USA, it could be described very unfavorably.

See, the fact that Amnesty sometimes does that and sometimes just flat-out lies makes it very inconsistent, such as their report on the recent Israeli-Lebanon war. I'd rather not put my trust in an organization that will speak out of both sides of it's mouth like that.

The fact that you poited out how crappy the CIA's reasoning is and not Amnesty's just proves how crappy your reasoning is.

Actually it translates along the lines of "Good year, may you be written (in the book of people whose good deeds outweigh their bad deed, therefore surviving the coming year)".

Who needs Christmas when you have Rosh Hashana :P

One of my favorite pieces of poetry, written by Scott "Fadekiller" I-don't-know-his-last-name.
quote:
I woke early one morning,
the earth lay cool and still
when suddenly a tiny bird
perched on my window sill.
He sang a song so lovely,
so carefree and so happy,
that slowly all my troubles
began to slip away.

He sang of far off places,
of laughter and of fun,
it seemed his very trilling
brought up the morning sun.
I stirred beneath the covers,
crept slowly out of bed,
then gently shut the window,
and crushed his ****ing head.

I'm not a morning person.

Last time I checked, there was only one Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. :P

I was talking about the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy book one in the trilogy of five.

Trilogy means there's only three of them.

Really, the second you see someone offering 1 mill for anything aside from a rare, you should already have a "lekh l'azazel, menuvel" (or your language's equivelant of "f*** off, bastard") ready.
