I thought I saw a topic on this, but couldn't find it using the 'search' feature. It seems that my magic users are first in the fighting line even though my fighters have higher hit and energy points. How do I change the order so that the fighters fight first? -------------------- Poster: 'I love your demos, but I have Windows, what do I do?' Answer: 'Get a Mac?' Fighters at medium levels can easily afford (and benefit significantly from) a lot of Quick Action, so I'm surprised that anyone's mages are acting earlier than their fighters. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Between dexterity and quick action the fighters should always go first. There are very few encounters where high dexterity is needed for spellcasters so they can go first. Posts: 4643 | Registered: Friday, February 10 2006 08:00 |

If your priest isn't going to be faster than your fighters -- and they probably aren't -- then they'd better be slower than any monsters that might panic or freeze or charm your fighters. This is where you feel the loss of the 'wait' option in combat. -------------------- We're not doing cool. We're doing pretty. Posts: 3335 | Registered: Thursday, September 4 2003 07:00 |
