All opinions are welcome as long as no discrimination of religious ideals are hostile. I promote an understanding of culture differences. Example of hostily: Hatred/anger/dislike toward a muslim(other religions: wiccan/pagan/christian/catholic/etc) for being a certain race or about their religion. The U.S. Supreme Court rulings on the restraining order is an outrage. People who go out to get one are suppose to be guaranteed protection. If the protection is not enacted, then we should be allowed to sue or have some other form of sympathies for the order being broken. The Ten Commandments ruling is definitely not appropriate in my opinion. If a person doesn't like the Commandments, then they should not look at it. If a county or person wants the commandments displayed in the courthouse, then they should hold a local/state poll. If the majority says "Yes" to displaying the commandments, then it should be displayed. If no, then the people should respect the majority. What is your opinion on the issue(s)? The government can do anything for economic reasons now.. Still... They are taking away everything that America's dream stands for. Private industries who take our land through the government should be paying for the land. If we say no, we are acting within our fore-father's dream. Eminent Domain,the controversial has been going on for years about what it truly means. I know it is used when they want to improve roads,and buildings. Since the Supreme Court ruling, they seem to be saying we only need to offer you 1/5 of the value of the property or confiscate the property forcefully. Is it just me or does it seem like the american dreams of our fore-fathers has diminished greatly after the death of former President JFK? I think the defending lawyer & Michael Jackson have a weak defense. Plus MJ should be put in the slammer/prison for good on the charges. Not to mention, it was not a fair trial for the plantiffs when 8 out of 12 jurors are MJ's fans. A jury should not be sympathetic for either side except on the charges. The plantiffs were clearly not after the money like the other lawsuits that were brought up long ago. If you were convicted as a normal civilian in court for molestation, you would be forced to register as a s** offender. He was given too much special treatment than other people would get. If I was the plantiffs, I would be arguing on the bias that MJ was given too many special treatments.Call me a fool or whatever, but justice has been getting corrupted by celebrities,fans, etc..over the years. When cases were brought up in a Teen Court, I was a juror deciding rather or not if the person is guilty or not. Plus on what punishments should be given. Do they follow have to follow the same storylines? Why not give them different stories and almost exact similarities in spells? Or does the Empire exists in different time for these games?
