I taught myself a little bit of guitar, but also lost interest. Drawing vibes better with me than playing an instrument. I can relate to the lack of interest in music; it's not that I avoid it, but rather that I don't seek it out. I'll listen to CDs when in certain moods, but most of the time I prefer to listen to the birds outside, or the TV in the background at times. True, some of what he says is a bit vulgar, but most of it is also fairly insightful and amusing. I really enjoy his scenarios, as I always appreciate something that makes me think. He's an excellent designer, and the better parts of his personality come out in his writing. That said, I understand why the temporary ban took place, and based on the CoC was justified. Even he said a few times that he knew it was coming.
