I killed Lucretia, took the silver coins from her corpse, combat mode bypassed the nodes checking for her death, and beat Tarquin in combat. I also wasn't very surprised that both towns had been destroyed, as I was personally responsible for both occurances.

This scenario is for parties of levels 10 to 18. It will probably (but don't hold me to this) be sent out this upcoming weekend. It will be roughly 12 towns long, but that is shorter than it sounds. (There is only one outdoors section, for instance.)

Did you regain your spells after killing Shroud? It sounds like a much more reasonable possibility. Not getting anything back at the end sounds like you'd only not get Cloud of Blades back.
