Ok, I'll make it easier.

Who would LET me meet them?

You can meet me too. Don't worry; my house isn't wallpapered with Bush posters or anything...

TM would be interesting too, I guess, on second thought. Mostly because we hardly know anything about him other than his behaviour.

You can always make a cool logo graphic for Exile to put on your movie cover. Make the 'i' a sword or something, you know.

It's from the new Exile 1. E3 graphics have been subsequently ported to the other two games just because there's a general concensus that they look better. Some still prefer the old graphics, though, or even the BoE graphics. :)

I don't remember. I try to get most of those moments out of my head so I don't keep telling myself "Why on earth did I do that?"

You could always just compress it down to something like
int main()
{
return true;
}
and call it good. Enough of a diamond for me. ;)

Don't worry, Marlenny. It happens to be human nature. Now Rosycat needs to come back also.

I would like to meet Alorael. He seems like he has quite a fascinating life along with a few deep secrets too.

In response to the heaven thing, I think of heaven as the sinless spiritual dwelling of God and all the angels, where everything is perfect. The Bible even says all the streets are paved with gold and such, but I'm a bit hesitant to take that literally and think of it more of a symbolic phrase.

Well, maybe not all of them. :/

I agree: Assassinating your president would be quite justifiable. :P

I wouldn't say ol' TM hates him that much. :P

And, of course, the proof of someone's existence is the proof that this person is "supernatural".

Maybe Jesus could do a couple miracles and such then, y'know, turning all the anchovies on the pizza to pepperoni.
Jeros, I think one topic got to 1001 posts, but it was before I joined.

Yeah, I saw it, but figured it was something else for some odd reason. Anyway... I also saw that TM's topic had drifted back to page 4.

Aran tried to leave, but since he still had the potential to post, he decided the effort was futile.

Toenail, Postaroni, Pizzabelli is fairly new and made mostly to rid Alorael of the excuse that his title will never change.

The vast majority of member are in fact apprentices. You just don't see them very often, or else they wouldn't be, if you get my drift.

I'd say that since man was made in God's image and Adam was a male, then God must be male. Then Eve, the first female, was created out of the male, hence man and woman and male and female. But still, if need be, God is still capable of encarnating in either gender, but Jesus was a male also.

So while I'd say that God is male, one could argue that he's kind of Schrodinger's cat in heaven, but instead of being either dead of alive, he's either male or female. But there I just referred to him as "he" too, and proper grammar may have called for such pronouns to be capitalized also, but... whatever.

I tried checking both boxes, but it wouldn't let me. Darn. :cool:

It really depends on if you want to spend money on it and if what you're trying to download will really be worth as you look back on it years from now.

What gave away that impression? I actually do not collect responses in a notebook and I am not affilated with any kind of secret service agency that monitors these message boards. Some of the topics I start up are usually based off of stuff I think it's interesting that I read from the newspaper or see on TV (hence why I started up the "Human Cloning" thread). I just find it surprising that a lot of my starter topics get around 20-50 posts.

Any topic with any substance, or even some topics without substance will just generally accumulate that many posts. Us general-goers like to post.

Me, Jesus, and Bush would be interesting, really. I have no idea what TM would do, but I suspect he wouldn't be on too bad of a behavior. At least he'll have proof that there was a Jesus.

I pretty sure Citizen of Exile was made a while back when Exile was still more popular than Avernum. No sense changing now. Oh, and Spring, you forgot Journeyman. ;)

Oh, and Aran, I really like MySQL. It does wonders to help out your programs. Except for it seems to be marginally problematic.

I saw the little clip on him yesterday on NBC Nightly News, but hadn't heard of him before that because I've practically never watched ABC.

Sounded like a good guy, though, and also a testament to never take up smoking.

Was that some kind of a joke there with that post count because of his post count here, or something else. Sorry, but I'm kind of an infrequent visitor to Polaris.
