If the ranking you give today seems hopelessly outmoded due to the advent of numerous superior scenarios, couldn't you just edit your previous rating to reflect the shift in the value structure of the whole scenario community? I think the ratings also reflect the overall shape of the various scenario offerings at the time they were reveiwed. The damage is decent, especialy with a couple points in Sharpshooter.
