Why is my high priest (spell level 25) not able to raise a dead PC? She knows return Life at L2 and carries 3 Balms of Life. The appearing message: "Spell fails. Someone must have Balm of Life." Odd. Perhaps you should try brewing up a new one. Or you might just be mistaking something else for a Balm of Life, like lemmy said. Wait, don't you need to use the Balm of Life before you cast Return Life? Return life did not appear to work in Nethergate, and I never really tried it in the Avernum games. Has anyone else had this problem? -------------------- A few cats short of a kitten pot pie...
