How hard is it to make scenarios? I have a lot of good ideas but I don't really know anything about scripting or programming, is it going to be basically beyond my abilities to do this? All you need to make a scenario is persistance. Really. Also, it's a ton harder if you're a perfectionist. (That, of course, rules me out.)
