9.4 The interface was a bit hard to manage, but that's the Exile series for you. I seriously loved the part where I got to the Test of Mind in the Vahnatai caverns. I had expected something along the lines of magic tests or intelligence checks, so I sent my wizard. My surprise was very great when I saw that it was not my character's but my own thinking that was being put to the test. Here's to "I WANT OUT OF THIS HELLHOLE RIGHT NOW". I joined the forums since A3 didn't work (trial version). Seeing the designing community in this and other places convinced me to register both Blades of Avernum and Blades of Exile. You have reached phase three of Spiderweb newbiehood, I believe. The first two are annoyingness and then belligerence, the third is insecurity and a desire for forgiveness. I'm not sure at what point acceptance comes in, or how fast people reach it. Nobody yells at Zephyr, for example, even though I still wouldn't want to roleplay with him. So in response, I'll wait and see. There are a lot who were very irritating when they came here, and some of them are still posting, even after almost three years.
