No, I don't want it.

I never did find myself caring about HP.

I liked the 4th book, but the movie was disappointing. I won't go into that here, as I seem to remember another thread about what people thought about the movie back in Novemeber when it came out in theaters.

The fourth movie isn't THAT great. they belittled a lot of stuff. What's more they better do the next one better, OR ELSE.

Like the books (in their place), hate the movies though.

Unless you are a diehard Harry Potter fan, in comparison with the book, the fifth movie will be so much better. The book is filler, plain and simple. Long, irrelevant filler. Cutting out details and throwing in action scenes will make the story better.

Dikiyoba thought the fourth book was good though, and will rent the movie just to see what it is like. The seventh book had better be good though...

Edit: Sig change.

That may be true, but it also has some of the best characterization in the entire series. Delores Umbridge is a very well-done villain, and the book combinds comedy and tragedy very well.

I didn't even know what "HP" was until I got half-way down the thread.

When I first saw the topic title, I couldn't help but think "... it'll be March 8th." (it's after midnight here)

As for excitement about HP, eh... I'm not enough of a fan of the movies to really care that much. The books were better.

I might rent it, but not buy it.

Books are a lot better.

Yes, a lot of stuff was cut out. But personally, I didn't like most of that stuff (not sure why.) To me, the movie had all the things I liked and didn't have all the stuff I didn't like (if that even makes sense:p )

I hated the books, but am enjoying the movies. J.K. Rowling had a good idea, but isn't executing it well.

There is somthing about the books that makes my stomach turn... maybe its just that the scariest girl in the world lovs them and the movies and is constantly stalking me to talk to me about them... REALLY bad associations...
*looks cute*
 What? I can't look cute at a time like this?
