You do realize, Jeran, that by saying this over and over, you are absolutely guaranteeing that everyone will hold it true that you have a giant Final Fantasy type sword?

These are just as clunky as the old ones, but at least they have a little more basis in the games. A lot of the old titles, while they fit with the Avernum world, were titles that were almost never used in the games.

Won't he anyway? I mean wouldn't NV and UT prefer him to a Democrat regardless of his running mate?

Also, no offense to NV and UT, but they aren't exactly the most pivotal states with regard to the electoral college...

I'm glad you reminded me of that thread, as it bears far greater significance now than it did then; for now we can see that saunders has handed us the story of the immaculate conception of our very own bacon boi Arancaytar.

Half our members are not bots. I know there have been more lately, but I'm sure there are still loads of users who register and don't post (or don't post for several years). The links from the sw web pages attract a lot of lurking game players.

My mother has told me many stories of when she worked at a teen psyche hospital in Seattle. I have a vague idea what it's like. ;)

I work in long term residential treatment, which is pretty different from a psychiatric hospital. Although the extreme moments, and therefore the memorable stories, are probably not that different. For example, on Tuesday I got punched in the eye.

Also, in the Northern Waters (and again in Highground) you learn that Dorikas passed by two months before you, not just a few days.

In Exile you could just hold down one button to go as far as you needed. I remember doing that frequently to travel between Draco and Formello in Exile 2 without random fights.

Targetting would suck. I also suspect that the quantity of text in these games would greatly reduce their appeal for the console market.

Like A4, a very solid game; however, most of A4's lacks and blemishes have been filled in. Not having any major flaws is unusual and very cool. Although it doesn't have the energy and engagingness of E2 or Nethergate, it does have some innovations that are pretty neat in their own right, like the battle disciplines. Its biggest flaw is that it could have been better, a bit of a backhanded compliment.

9.0 -- as good as a game can be, without being spectacular in some way

p.s. anyone have links to the other ratings threads? I'd like to cross-reference my old votes too, but don't have them handy.

Cool! The G1/2 style storyline sounds particularly neat. Does that mean the game will also feature the somewhat open-ended exploration of G1/2?

The "missing" 6th class has the potential to be the strongest class of them all, the Agent Plus.

Aren't all the attacks becoming a little personal? There's less content and more invective.

Let me give you all a friendly suggestion. Put away your machismo, remember that everyone has different ideas of how things should work, and that you all need to be open to LISTENING to other ideas respectfully, if you want to have any hope of doing any RP at all.

But if nothing else, please put away the machismo before you wake up this board's moderators.

Thuryl isn't from America. Regardless, American Democrats are definitely not neoliberals, a label which better fits Libertarians.
