Alorael is far too alert and watchful for one who posts so much and hence is deserving of fear. I suspect he is responsible for the consumption of many invisible newbies. -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes. KazeArctica: Oh YES Posts: 93 | Registered: Sunday, September 30 2001 22:00 |

Zephyr: Please clean up your act and stop acting like a spoiled two-year old. David, dear, is there anyone on the boards that you actually like? If so, do you think you could try concentrating on the positive side of being glad they are here rather than spending so much energy on attacking people you don't? I'd quote scripture on that to you but I can't be bothered. I lie: The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law! Actually that's not the one I meant but I can't remember it exactly, so it will have to do. Apologies to the rest of you who believe that good behaviour is justified without biblical authority. -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes. I'm another INFP.. What I found helpful about Myers-Briggs was that in explaning the way I prefer to do things, it highlighted how other people can be different, and so to understand why they did things differently. Did you know, for example, that extraverts think and speak simultaneously? -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes. KazeArctica: Oh YES Posts: 93 | Registered: Sunday, September 30 2001 22:00 |

Oh dear. I think this is an example of an issue that is seriously overblown by our society. We are all very hung up on sexuality, but ignore the much larger emphasis that the bible puts on social justice for example. And if we really want to argue about biblical laws, how many evangelical Christians are standing by Peter's judgment that we refrain from eating blood? That juicy steak is in direct contravention of the commandment that non-Jewish Christians should refrain from immorality and eating blood. If we wish to live by biblical teaching, then we have to take it all, and this includes "judge not that ye be not judged", "let whoever is without sin cast the first stone" and Paul's comment that all he had to preach to non-Christians is "Christ, and him crucified". So... specifically Christian morality cannot apply to non-Christians, because they do not accept the basis on which it is predicated. Christians have to answer to their conscience and to God, realising that every one of us is a sinner and falls short of the glory of God, but that we are all called to grow to the full stature of Christ. -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes. Please: do not post why you thing any religion or faith in particular, or faith or religion in general, or any person, live, dead or on the boards, is bad! There are members here of all sorts of faiths, and assuming you can insult any faith or person without hurting somebody badly is very mistaken. This topic can only live if people can explain the positive of their own views without being negative about anybody else. *glares in fierce dragonly manner* -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes. A. It exactly on the end of her left arm. B. She has looped her arm aross the throat of the ponytail dude, and round the back so she can play with the hair on top of her own head. I find this picture particularly disturbing, especially the bows and the hair bobbles. If you check back, you will see that it was Arctic who started the "Evil is good" here. Now Arctic is a Master of the Path of Pain and Sorrow, and he seeks to lead to enlightenment any who care to follow him along that path. The first and easiest step is being confused and puzzled by goings-on here at Spidweb. The next step is Desperance. After that, each must find his own way under the care and tutelage of an expert guide. Have fun! -------------------- KazeArctica: Oh yes.
