That sounds like my old computer Princess Emerald. But it only had a 3 gig HD. It was very reliable computer ever and it tried to run everything I put into it. Even things that should not have worked at all. The weird thig was, whenever I put a Blizzard CD game in (Warcraft etc) it didn't do anything. The drive didn't even spin. Weird. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

Stargate was cancled? My sister will cry. Anyway, I never really liked it or Enterprise. I'm currently reading my college books. World Religions, Chemistry, Philosophy, English. Exciting. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

Classes start the 21st. I just moved into the dorms yesterday and I just got the LAN to work. Stupid smart enforcer. For a while I had restricted access so I could get the updates, but it woulden't let me go to that site. The only site on my bookmarks page that I could go to was the System's Twilight hint page. Real helpful. But everything is okay now. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

We really don't get bad weather here, being on a mesa and all but last year about this time, a monsoon storm flooded part of my house. It flooded the part of the house with the wood floor, piano, and leather sofa naturally. After cleaning most of it up, I went to the school and helped dry out the fine arts building. Half the band room was soaked and the choir room was like a swamp. The water also almost reached our wool uniforms but I vacuumed it up. Then, water ran down the courtyard and flooded the auditorium and deposited six inches of water in the pit. We later found out that the cafeteria had also been struck. This was only a week before school started, but only about 200 people knew anything had happened. Having half the school be below ground level is a bad idea. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

Adventure Quest used to be fun, but now the devlopers are getting a bit greedy. I mean, if you want to spend a few hours clicking the attack button, go right ahead. It is fun when you have nothing better to do. Actually, if you are not a guardian, then you might spen a few hours trying to log on. But I gave in and paid. However, if you want to spend hours laughing your butt off with no required membership fee, then play Kingdom of Loathing. It's just plain great. I can't wait for the convention next month. It's gonna be amazing. Out of curiosity, for anyone who plays KOL, what is your character name? I can send you something nice. I've only read four books, but I only liked the first two. The third and fourth made me dizzy and found them to be incredibly boring. However, I did like the movie for it's visual representation of the universe. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

I love abandonware. I've been trying to beat System's Twilight for years, but I get stuck in the workshop. But my favorite peice of abandonware has to be Taskmaker. The funny thing is that I was loking up all these games on Gamespot yesterday. I never really liked SimIsle, but I do like SimEarth, SimAnt, SimCity and SimTower. I'll have to see if SimEarth works on my PC. :Edit: Diki, I think you are thinking about hte lawnmower in SimAnt. How many people have run into the electrical outlets? That's my favorite danger in the house. I wasted an hour of my life playing runescape. If being harased by 8-yearolds who think that they are better than you is your idea of fun, then be my guest. But I must say, it was exciting to reach level 3 firestarting. Oohh, now I can start fires with this kind of wood. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

I really like Neverwinter Nights, but I have never played real D&D. And jawbox, I don't really like Morrowind either. I recomend Nethack and/or Slash'em. both will provide you with infinite entertainment. -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |
