You know...my fictional self always uses Ice Lances (or Icy Rain, in one instance) during battle. Shouldn't he be able to summon Ice Hydras or Ice golems? Ooh...or maybe even resurrect people as Ice Elementals! Yes...that is a good idea...*wanders away while mumbling things about a new ice age* -------------------- -Zephyr Tempest, your personal entertainer Posts: 1779 | Registered: Monday, December 9 2002 08:00 |

I knew we needed Tullegolar! (Nice ruse, by the way) Oh, and Dinti? You might want to watch your back from now on. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

Well, Diki, there really isn't anything I can say that you haven't already quoted me on in the reviews section. Oh, and I loved the way characters in the story didn't get the Imban comment. Stupid oldbie inside jokes. quote:Clearly, you are on the wrong side, Ephesos. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

Inanity and impossibility is at an all time high. Dinti and his deth ray are as believable as the stunts pulled by Brosnan in Die Another Day. Oh, and here's hoping ET does "Die Another Way" -------------------- "Dikiyoba ... is demon ... drives people mad and ... do all sorts of strange things." Originally by Emperor Tullegolar: quote:Mountain of Shadows is less of an inside joke and more of a role-play. It's not a bad read (except for a few places), either. Argh. Dikiyoba just realized that Delicious Vlish was revived from anti-helium without the antimatter machine. Um... those mages must be getting really good. Diki, just blame the Cult. They retroactively made the anti-helium and made it available for the mages, and then retroactively made the mages forget that anti-helium just popped up on the floor in front of them. -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? The question is why the Cult would care so much about reviving Vlish at this particular moment. There are a few unanswered questions like that from previous episodes as well. There's a conspiracy going on here, and... oh dear. Oh dear. And, uh, that's all for now. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

I wish I had a copy to post of an old cartoon. I believe it was the New Yorker, but it was posted on a door that I passed regularly. A patent examiner and applicant are standing at a window. The examiner is holding a raygun plug into an outlet and pointing it out the window. Examiner says, "Death ray, fiddlesticks. Why it doesn't even slow them down." I have a dikiphysics question. Though some people are revived with balms of life, most are revived using elements. For those revived with elements, what happens to their dead bodies? I only ask because I have one old body lying around somewhere, and many people have more than that. -------------------- You lose. Posts: 2156 | Registered: Thursday, August 24 2006 07:00 |

Simple: my fictional self gathers them up and embalms them so he can reanimate them as his undead slaves once the time comes. Or...if not, my fictional self needs to plan ahead more. -------------------- -Zephyr Tempest, your personal entertainer Posts: 1779 | Registered: Monday, December 9 2002 08:00 |

I'd guess that, when revived, either the old body dissolves, or the body is transported to the place where the resurrection is occurring. EDIT: Oops! One small typo made this post sound absolutely filthy. [ Sunday, January 28, 2007 13:23: Message edited by: Nioca ] -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here.
