This won't take long, simple questions like gender, age, etc. and an option not to disclose on each question despite noone knowing who chose each option. The last one I threw in just for fun. Sorry if I misspelled anything.

The age categories are slightly better than the last poll like this, but I still think there's a difference between 35 and 65.

Yes, Stew Boy. I don't mind hide my real name here -- is even in the profile. Usually, I keep hiding where I exactly live.

It was 3 and 3 about 9:30. It's true then that our gender ratio varies depending on the time of day.

There are more thirtysomethings around here than I know about already, according to the poll. Cool.

I'm surprised at the number above 30. There are a few above 40, but most of them don't post that much. The age choices need to be more defined into 31-50 and 50+,

Really, Spiderweb is just a big, steaming pool of estrogen.

—Alorael, who is sure that at least one of those thirtysomethings is actually a post-thirtysomething. Disambiguation is necessary!

Um... while estrogen is present in males, it's testosterone that's the primary male hormone.

If an oldbie says something that doesn't make sense, chances are it's a quote you don't recognise.

This is precisely why we need to bring an end to their rule, Nioca. Otherwise, their inside jokes will grow more and more obscure by the day until the bubble bursts, the sarcasm market crashes, and the only new newbs that join from that point on will be porn and casino websites.

Old age and treachery will still beat out youth and cunning. Give it up children you'll never win.

You do that Ben.
Wait! Don't really do it! I was kidding!

I'm glad to see a few more women out there. But it's still kinda sad.

Doeth not underestimate youth, as youth can cometh round and bite thee in thine hindquarters.

Besides, cunning is quick, reactive, fresh... Also, treachery reduces everyone's trust in you. Not just the people you betrayed.

I just quoted. The treachery is all yours.

In other news, Spiderweb is currently 17% female, the enormous 31+ age category is tied for second largest group, and we have nearly as many atheists as Christians. Also, Spiderwebbers are nearly as likely to be married as they are to be single with a significant other.

—Alorael, who thinks this may be the internet. Yes, it shows definite signs of internethood.

What treachery? I have no plans of betrayal, nor do I intend to bear false witness. All I did was debate your points.

Assumptions... Ah, what a dangerous thing...

EDIT: For the record, I have no intentions of overthrowing the current management, for both logical and practical reasons. First, while the boards do have some flaws, they're good enough as they are. Second, it would only do more damage than good in the long run. Third, how many people would remain if it was overthrown. The only ones I can see that would stay would be me, Tullegolar, -X-, Slartucker, and Arancaytar. And the last two would only be there because, when the rebellion is in full swing, that enraged fluffy turtle would probably slip back into the boards, and chase the two of them around, desirous for vengeance.

Aran would stick around to take notes for the statistics until he fixes the his bots. Slarty would be over in Geneforge 4 producing his analysis of the game and writing his revised version. Some of the others might stay to snipe,

Aran is part of the current management. His pretenses of populism are only a thin veneer, and when push comes to shove you'll see whose side the bots are on.

—Alorael, also finds it only fair to warn you that some of the innocuous members in your midst are secret informers for the mods. Yes, let there be paranoia! Let the conspiracies know fear!

I knew I would screw something up; I always seem to. :( Well I guess I can't do anything about it now.
