I find Ben's picture to be quite appropriate.

Thuryl on the other hand, has too much of a cute-kid look in that picture. (Cute-kid look is great, but it doesn't quite go with Thuryl's image.)

As for Icshi, I expected him to look a bit more Mongolian. (Even the name 'Icshi' sounds somewhat Asian to me.) Unfortunately, his picture doesn't even look like a good Barbeque. :P

Oh, I don't know, with the right kind of sauce...

I say Thuryl's appearance suits him. He's a relatively kind, calm kind of guy, and he generally seems pretty content. He looks like he'd get stuff done but without an excessively heavy hand, and he'd be forgiving afterwards, if necessary.

Ben, you look exactly like someone in my fencing class. Scary!

I don't have a picture, on the computer and the scanner isn't working....Oh well. I'll just have to live with the fact I can't show everyone how insane I looked when I was 7(the time I had my last picture taken)! Or I could die. But that would probably make too many of you happy.

The grammar in this sentence is like fingernails on the blackboard of my soul.
:) Well, you could give me a hint for more appropriate grammar. I don't claim to be good in English. But your comparison is lovely.

t Demonslayer: Don't worry, bare teeth are surely attractive. But since everybody wears bare teeth, braces will always be something special. Kind of high-tec jewellery. You could also implant a little diamond into your incisors ^_^

edit:. Noo, don't die, Nicothodes! :( Don't make me unhappy.

edit: Ah, thank you, Morgan. Stupid mistake, indeed.

The sentence should read "Didn't Britney Spears wear [her] braces with pride?".

Heh, that was certainly not the best picture of me, squinting and red-eyed and all, but whatever. I wonder if there's kind of universal assessment of hair color in accordance with a certain kind of personality.

David, I thought the election is over. :P

Spy, "Didn't Britney Spears wear [her] braces proudly?" would also work. (Proud is an adjective. Proudly is the corresponding adverb.)

Ben, any statement general enough to talk about all people with a certain hair color would have to be false. Hair color isn't even particularly related to ethnicity, or even race. Unless you agree that all people with blond, or generally light, hair are dumb. :P

Hair color is related to race. As far as I know, only white people are blondes or redheads.

I guess hair color is also partially related to ethnicity. (People from southern climates are more likely to have darker hair.) I was just saying that hair color is not a good indicator for making generalizations about a person.

PS I've seen some people with very dark skin and light hair, but that hair might have been artificially colored, so I don't know.

Malnutrition can also cause changes in hair color. Gray hair is the most common result, but protein deficiency (if I'm remembering right) can make hair become pale orange.

—Alorael, who does not advise malnutrition for hair color. No matter how carcinogenic they are, the dyes are better for you.

Excessive exposure to sunlight can also change hair color, but only the parts that are exposed, and maybe not all the hair exposed. But definitely some of the exposed hair on some people can become lighter after being out in the sun. I think this only works if the hair is still attached to the body, but without exhausting trials I can really say for sure.

My friend cuts his hair once a year and is in chlorinated water as often as he can manage. His hair is naturally medium brown, but before cutting it a few months ago, it was also various degrees of blond, black, and darkish red. His beard included all four colors. I don't think protein deficiency had anything to do with it, but I don't think the black and red were a result of the chlorine...

t Zeviz: It's not over until his name appears in the (Moderated by... ) line. :P

Oh dear. This is going to turn into a "My baby is cuter than yours!" contest.

For the record, my 1 year-old twin cousins win, but I have no pics.

I didn't want this to turn into a contest, and I doubt it will. However, the baby just turned one, and I'm so proud of her I can't stop showing her pict to everyone I know.

When will you learn to stop taking me seriously?

EDIT: Looking at that pic again, I notice there is a worrying red mark on the wall, and something that looks a lot like blood dripping from the baby's smiling mouth. So I conclude that she is in fact the cutest vampire ever.

Seeing as how we determined that he is 7 years old, this picture comes to us from the future. A more recent one would show him younger? O_o

Since Drakey registered in 2001, he was only 3 or 4 back then.
