Sure, I respect that a lot of feelings and other stuff went into more free-verse poetry, but that doesn't make a good poem. Art may exist as a form of expression for the artist, but that doesn't mean I have to appreciate it. Bravo for him for getting what he feels out there. If it's unrhythmic and boring, I'm definitely not going to read it. Give me Biggie Smalls or Dr. Seuss any day. And TM, I'm glad you decided to cut out the insults, but could you also cut out the obscenities?
