That is not what the topic is, though. This is about users of IV drugs in urban areas who have an extremely high risk of AIDS infection through shared needles. A no-questions-asked needle exchange program could only be beneficial. It will slow the rate of AIDS spreading and is not condoning drug use, despite what some people may say. Part of it is that they are at such a high level that killing clawbugs gives them no experience. Another part of it is that a lot of their energy is put towards a) running a city and b) defending a city. Demons exist in some sort of Nether region, from which they can be summoned. More powerful demons sometimes escape and wreak havoc on the human realm. With regards to religion, I would imagine that they have the same views with regard to Heaven and Hell that most people today do. There is no real worldly religion, since it's obvious that a god will work through whoever decides to call him (priest spells). I loved the Foundation series, personally.
