Bain - Random BoE scenarios? I have no idea. But just in case that wasn't confusing enough... Demon Echoes of the Bahssikava Club that watch the Grey Moon of Chicken Plague Spheres and the Doom Moon of Lost Tunnels full of Bandits. Phew. I hope that's all of them. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Please rate these scenarios at the CSR after playing them! I've got one. Mad Lord Putidus caused A Large Rebellion in the Canopy of Bahssikava when Backwater Emerald Mountain was found by Druids of Krell searching for the Roses of Reckoning in the Cave of No Return. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Right now, I'm working on two. Agadia Isle, which I'm sure you're all sick of hearing about ( :) ), and The Escort. The Escort will likely get finished before Agadia, as it's a lot smaller and simpler. [ Tuesday, December 12, 2006 11:39: Message edited by: Nioca ] -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! quote:Why not? Avernum was settled in approximately 10 years (767 IE for the first people, 777 IE when Avernum was established), and it's probably only slightly smaller than Valorim. quote:How is that so unfeasible? There's a good chance that multiple expeditions were made to Valorim. Otherwise, even if they were settled for 75 years, there's probably a low chance that it would be at it's level of development that is present in A3. quote:Either that, or the Valorim settlers breed like erotomaniac bunnies. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! The shaper teacher in GF3 has red robes. Other than that, though, it is weird that most shapers wear blue. The mages wear blue as well, come to think of it. Maybe it's symbolic of their connection to essence? Or perhaps blue is a color of power in the shaper world. Or perhaps Jeff just likes blue. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

To get into the guard room, you need a copper key granted to you by Ithik in the peninsula camp. The brass key is on one of the barbarians. EDIT: Kelandon beat me to it. However, I didn't think you got the copper key in the fort. [ Monday, December 11, 2006 20:35: Message edited by: Nioca ] -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! quote:Alorael, this is the Empire you're talking about here. Besides, the portals were shut down before the Empire War. Also, I'm not sure if you noticed the lack of grand citadels and fortresses. Blackcrag had nothing on The Castle. Finally, how long did it take them to build a gigantic, nearly impenetrable wall around most of Footracer? A month? If they can pull that type of feat off on fairly short notice, I think they had the capability to settle Valorim in a fairly short timespan. Don't forget, there were only a few cities that could be considered major in Valorim. Most of them were small villages or trading posts. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! I don't feel the need to use an icon unless it has some close relation to the post. I have used the arrow, lightbulb, caution, question, cool, sad, grin, and thumbs up icons. Jeff tends to use the lightbulbs a lot, though. Maybe because he's an exceptionally bright person, or perhaps he's looking for a virtual tan. :D -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. quote:Actually, they would probably only need three, if that was the case. I don't think Valorim would have had a portal yet, since it was only just settled in the time frame of A3, and the teleporting stopped shortly after A1. However, it's a definite possibility. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Please rate these scenarios at the CSR after playing them! On the flip side of the coin, when it comes to BoA selling poorly, it also somewhat limited the potential for a flood of bad scenarios. In BoE, there are 95 scenarios rated a 6 or more, and 112 scenarios rated 4 or less (This isn't counting movies or utilities). That's a ratio of 1.17 bad scenarios for every good scenario. In BoA, there are 22 scenarios rated 6 or more, and 4 scenarios rated 4 or less. This equates to a ratio of 5.5 good scenarios for every bad scenario. I'll let you draw your own conclusion. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |
