Since he was banned by Jeff's decree, Jeff's probably the only one that can OK him coming back. Last I heard Jeff is going on vacation. I hate to say it, but I think TM's ban is permanent. He posted some offensive image, I think. Haven't actually seen it. He'll be unbanned on 12/17 for the contest, but he'll only be allowed to post on the judging forum, so only judges will notice him. His ban will resume on 12/23. Yay more discussion on TM!
