Well, I was actually just trying to get him to convey shock - Michiko isn't usually that forward and it was a very sudden situation. Thanks for your complements. =^.^=

Ummm...I'm sorry if I frightened you, but what should I be warning against, exactly? Do you actually have some sort of lapine-phobia, or did you find the picture objectionable? =^.^=

Partly because I really like the way it's turned out so far and partly in response to the endless flood of barren topics, I give you...my latest finished pic!

http://whyteshadow.newgaea-nxs.com/gallery/tempo-michiko.jpg

Some of you have seen this already, so sorry about that. This was part of a trade between myself and Kharon (and yes, I got his permission before showing it to other people). The characters are Tempo and Michiko, left to right, two of his RP characters. This was a fun picture to work on. =^.^=

I drew it by hand, then cleaned it up and outlined it in Photoshop, which took quite a while with the new technique that Kharon taught me, but looks much better than the way I was doing it before. I might alter it slightly again, and I'm definitely going to try my hand at coloring it, but this is more or less the final lineart.

By the way, that signature is highly experimental. =^.^=

After answering about half of the questions randomly because they didn't apply to me, I came up with this fantastic answer:

I have no idea if this is accurate or not. =^.^=

Edit: Whoops. Heh, thanks Lightbulb. Much better. =^.^=

Magical Girl Hunters, an original story about, well, magical girl hunters and their adventures. I should warn you, it gets rather gory in some parts, but the story is funny.

Oh, and if you scroll to the bottom, you'll find fan-made sheet music (which is on a page titled makeitstop.html) and MP3 and MIDI versions of the Happy Healing Song, which really does get stuck in your head like that. =^.^=

Oh, and expect an update at my site soon. More details will be revealed when I do it.

Happy hunting!

I say we at least give it a chance...even if it only provides a moment's amusement, it'll be worth it.

Aran - How about games involving people who can fire laser Godzillas out of their eyes wile being shot of a cannon? I don't think anyone's ever made one of those before.

Well, the Nephil are closest to the Andurusians, so of course I'd pick them. As for what I'd do, I would probably walk around as if everything was normal, until I finally mastered my neko-person ninja skills and learned how to fire lasers from my eyes and then got my chance to battle Godzilla.

...Or maybe just the walking around and doing stuff. =^.^=

In the not-too-distant future
Next Sunday AD
There was a guy named Imban
A bit different from you and me

He modded at the Spidweb Institute
Another guy in armored suit
He did a good job of cleaning up the place
But his bosses didn't like him so they shot him into spaaaaaace!

"Get...me...down!"

Dr. Forrester: We'll send him cheesy fanfics (la la la)
The worst we can find
He'll have to sit and read them all
While we suck out his mind

Now keep in mind Imby can't control
Where the fanfics begins or end
He'll try to keep his sanity
By eating his robot friends!

Robot Roll Call!

Cambot!
"Is this PG?"
Gypsy!
"My stars!"
Tom Servo!
"What the-?!"
And Croooooow!
"Random Hentai Comment!"

If you're wondering how he eats and breathes
And other science facts (la la la)
Just tell yourself "Why bother?
They'll just tell me to relax!"

On Mystery Imban Theater 3000! *Twaaaang*

Kelandon's comment does raise an interesting side point, though: what about intersex people? Who are they supposed to be having sex with? About 1 in every 1000 people is born with some degree of ambiguous genitalia. A story made the news in Australia a couple of years ago, for example, about a happily married man who went to a fertility clinic and was told that he was unable to conceive children because genetically, he was 100 per cent female, despite the fact that his external genitalia were 100 per cent male.

What position is this person in? From a religious perspective, is he male or female? Is his marriage valid? Should he be having sex with men, women, or nobody at all?

Forgive me, but this post doesn't have any other relevance to this topic. I would normally not get involved in this kind of thread; it just occurred to me that this part just seemed to be sitting there, ignored, whether intentionally or not...

I submit Super Kelandon Land. If it's successful enough, you can even start producing sequels, like Super Kelandon Land 2, Super Kelandon Gaiden, The Legend of Kelandon, Kelandon II: The Adventure of Kelandon, and Kelandon Puyo Puyo.

But I really do submit Super Kelandon Land. It's pretty distinctive.

That or MegaKelMart.

How about just "Kelandon's Own"? It may sound like a brand of dog food, but it's short...

Or maybe "Kelandon's Cavern"? "Crystal Caverns"? (That's copyrighted - it's an Atari 2600 game - but you can deal with little issues like that later.) Kelandon City? ...Kelanville?

A brief word of advice...do a search for whatever names you end up choosing to see if there are any sites out there that already use them, and to see how similar they are in theme and content. I decided to do one a year or so after I picked out Digital Neko, and a few months after I opened it to the public, and discovered that it's also the name of someone's blog. But I refuse to give it up. =^.^=

I was both curious and I've come to the realization that I haven't been meeting my post quota, so I was wondering...

How many of you here engage in some form of creativity? Writing (even Addventures and RPing count) or drawing? Programming? Anything?

=^.^=

(The Zhuu Buxu in the title is a reference to Zhuu Buxu the Silent, a unique monster in Final Fantasy XI [which I haven't played in over a week...] that kills me almost every time I go to the Giddeus region. It kills me badly with its ninja skills. Seriously.)
