How I love spam.

Apparently, it is possible to get the clocks to be set for each person's timezone, but I seem to recall Drakey saying it would cost Jeff too much. Jeff doesn't have to provide these boards...

Yeah, what is it with the newbies, and others, posting continuous crap? What with the constant barrage of mangos, kids falling out, and a thread about Coffee and Tea, sanity in Spiderweb Software has never been thinner on the ground.

Actually talking to girls is a lot better than cracking off cheesy pick-up lines. And besides, sitting in front of a computer moaning isn't gonna help it.

My opinion is that if someone as ugly, geeky and downright weird as Thom Yorke can get a chick, then there's hope for us all! Some girls actually like RPG's! They like Playstations, and they like fantasy! And they adore it when you use three exclaimation marks in one post.

Just be yourself.

Ah. Childishness. Takes me back to 1953, when old man Mcgonnagal decided he'd... oh wait...

It seems to me that the boards have been penetrated by a covert band of idiots, posting under various aliases. I was waiting for a proper moment to reclaim the boards, but now seems like a good enough time.

Look, if you morons want to annoy somebody, crush his spirit, totally humiliate him, or anything else, fine. We don't have a problem with that. But do it somewhere else. If you continue to muck up our boards, then we'll just ban your IP address. So go away.

I think it's safe to assume that Alorael is older than time itself. How else do you explain the amazing wit, the sparkling personality, and the way in which people endlessly suck up to him?

Hey! We're not all geeks. Sure, we may have geekish tendancies. We may even have geekish friends. But to paint us all with the same brush... That's just wrong,

I'm using a macintosh. I'm at stupid college waiting for a lady friend of mine to finish an exam, before I completely embarrass myself by asking her out.

So, mac-fans, how does one accent an 'e' on one of these new fangled, and rather tacky-looking, things?

I don't know how to get the accented 'e'. It's due to the lack of Lucky Charms in my life. I have a bowl shaped hole in my soul. But, to be fair, the sentance after the unaccented 'e' did make me look rather cool.

Star Wars Episode 3 will never be as good as the original trilogy. They had Alec Guiness, Harrison Ford and camp stormtroopers.

I really can't see how it can compare to TESB.

Oh, and a nice quote to go here: Harrison Ford to George Lucas on the set of Star Wars 4 "A New Hope" - "You can type this sh*t, George, but you sure as hell can't say it."

This thread is dangerously close to just being a crazy conversation between us two. Which would relieve the boredom around here, but would also result in raised eyebrows, wagging fingers and swift, swift retaliation.

I am British. See my profile. Very British. What what. Anyone for a spot of tennis? A drop of tea perhaps?

No, it is because I am currently holding them captive in an abandoned mine somewhere south of the border and forcing tea and crumpets down their throats. ;)

And you didn't bother to invite me? Pfaugh!! So what is is this time? Did they forget your birthday again? Accidently send you hate mail? Criticise your cooking?

Before we go any further, this post was intended to be spam. Just clearing things up...

Okay. There's a reason why nobody of any real status has posted here. It's not because they are enjoying tea and crumpets around at Arancaytar's house. It's not because Kelandon is holding them captive in an abandoned mine somewhere south of the border. And it's not because they are so blown away with the quality of these posts that their brains melted.

Please leave the worthless posts to older, more respected members who make them enjoyable and original with their dazzling wit and intellect.

Mmm. The "Dead Transvestite" bit was a tad harsh. And as for telling me to kill myself? Did it make you feel good? I hope so. You know, people like you disgust me. Suicide wreaks people's lives. Am I missing the point here? Of course we're reading things on a website! Sometimes the stupidity of others really worries me! Why on earth would someone say that they had read something on a website on a website?

And as for "so useless" - what does it mean? Did somebody get hit on the head this morning? So useless?! Jeez.

Oh, and since this post is also on a website... so useless.

Your sig points the way to Google, which is probably the last place you'd want to look for something. If you did manage to sift your way through porn, sites pretending not to be porn, sites offering "FREE PORN DOWNLOADS" as long as you click in a certain place and useless sites in seemingly lost languages, and actually found what you were looking for, you'd probably find that the page no longer exists. Google sucks, but then again, is that just google, or the internet?

I recently ordered Nethergate from Spiderweb, and was delighted how quickly it arrived from over there. Good work guys! Anyway, I was looking over the demos included on the disk, when I stumbled across Subterra.

I have heard the stories surrounding this, but I felt sure Jeff wouldn't have published it if was as bad as some people say. So I tried it...

After what I can only describe as the the worst game-playing experience ever, I checked the credits, partly out of boredom, and partly to make a hit-list... and would you believe, I spotted our very own Alorael in amongst the others!

Oh, and apparently, Drakey's name is "Ryan Thompson"... interesting huh? So, I urge you to

a) Make fun out of Alo for his fall from grace

and

b) Call Drakey "Ryan". If he doesn't have our respect, he can't control us!

I get a few pictures of scantily-clad women which I suppose is what you get with the name "Nikki" - a stupid, pointless girl's name, that isn't even spelled right!

Adept is a bad word. It reminds me nastily of "efficient". And since I am an artsy-flowery kinda guy, I hate them both. I used to want a custom title, but the feeling passed. Mod-hood is much better, and it gives more power.

That said, Mods have "responsibilty" and that stinks, especially online. I'm happy being a nobody, not sticking out... it'll make it easier when the rebellion comes...
