Have mercy on him, for he knoweth not the editor. You'd think people would at least try the thing before asking for features that are already in there.

OOC (lol, I don't even have a character :P ):

I think that it would improve this RP if several people read the role-playing tips on this site.

The Ten Commandments of RP-ing

Especially about not deciding actions of other players, and about not playing omnipotent characters.

OK, end of my little ranting here. ;)

I hope that algebra with the variables (or flags, whatever they're called) will now be possible. Like, set variable = amount of gold the party has. Divide variable / 5. Subtract amount of gold - variable. And hey presto, you've taken 1/5 of the party's gold. :D

- Spiders

- Rotten spelling (not slang, but spelling mistakes, like the following example: 'Rotenn spaling natslank but spalink misstaykz such as teh foloving eksamble')

- People who believe their opinion is correct just because it's theirs.

Oh yes, and Bush of course. :D

And then do an OCR?

Those programs are crap; when I try to transform a scan to text, it takes double the time as if I type it. Maybe it's just that one program, but it sucks.

*presses mouth shut in order not to have to say it again*

*succeeds*

Hey, I managed to refrain from saying Oh Dear!

I do have to say one thing though, Zephyr.

A lot of people here are not going to sympathize with your suicidal tendencies. They'll urge you on instead. And I can understand it.

EDIT:

In response to your edit, Zephyr. Some people have suggested you *might* be a spoiled brat. Your stance of 'somebody has to do what I said', does not suggest the contrary to me.

Wait, do you mean you can store the character's name in a variable and then call it up as in:

[firstPC] looks around. [firstPCgender] had never seen anything so beautiful.

That means that character genders must also be integrated, no?

Yeah, scroll creation is essential. If you can make potions, why shouldn't you be abe to make scrolls?

Wands are more tricky, but a wand is basically just a long stick. Enchanting it would be a problem for the engine though.

Energy doesn't get solid.

Plzz, leave antimatter out of fantasy. First, it doesn't fit in the atmosphere. Second, most of us don't know a thing about it, as you can see in this example.

Zephyr, please take your antimatter-immune, solid-energy, invulnerable, poison-breathing, steel-skinned, 3 meter high, 28 meter jumping Jayari and put them in an RP where people are less allergic to god-characters. :P

Anyway, antimatter is something that should only enter into Sci-Fi, where most people have a remote grasp on the physics involved.

Might be a good idea, though, why not? Change terrain graphics to #, ., and ^ for walls, floor, and mountain, make a red D represent Drake Lord, g for goblin. With ascii custom graphics you could make SUCH a cool game!!!

Just kidding :P .

There are probably some games that are more interesting than that. Even Harry Potter, where you just run around clicking at things to shoot pre-chosen spells and never run out of Spellpoints.

BTW: I seem to recall one strange trilogy of games with poor graphics, where the party is also represented by a picture of the lead character. Now what WAS the name of that game? ;)

Who said the idea was to enjoy the stay? Basically, the question can also be interpreted: If you had to spend the rest of your life on a lone island (and dying of thirst if there's no spring), who would you wish to have the same fate? :P
