That could be very interesting or very trippy, probably trippy.

Hmm, what would I wear knowing TM is there…. The possibilities are endless :P

um, I like the idea. You could always wear something tight to drive him mad

An anime schoolgirl costume and makeup would be enough.

I will say nothing and just wait for the people who were around at the time of which I am thinking to make fun of me.

Ahhhhh, now I remember. I wasn't strictly speaking there at the time, but I heard about it long ago.

Incidentally, has anyone seen RoR lately?

Who ?

Flamefiend. Posts on the Lyceum more than here. I think he goes by Crunchy Frog on these boards.

Measle came up here for Tropfest a while back. I'd have liked to meet up with him there, but I had to go back to SA for a wedding.

I'll be going to Newcastle at some point in the year, probably won't bother looking up Milla while I'm there, but it's a possibility. I may also run into Thuryl down in Geelong, depending on who's where when.

2:1, much less different than some others I frequent. I'd be worried if I cared more about meeting someone from a board (not that I wouldn't mind). Oh, and I figure my "name" here outta be a clue.

My sex is nill! Er, I'm male. But the first statement is still true. And will remain true for a long time, if not forever.

Actually, we're still a little less than 5:1.

Wow, Ash, you live next to a lot of Spiderwebbers. I don't think any other 'webber lives even close to Montana. :(

No, I'm afraid you are incorrect. Massachusetts is the greatest state in the country by far.

Of the active members here, I believe I'm one of the few from the midwestern United States. If I remember correctly, TM and Gizmo are both from Wisconsin, right? And I know that AM is originally from Kentucky. Anyone else from the region? As far as I know, I'm the only relatively active member here who hails from Illinois.

Oh, and I'm male, in case all of the facial hair didn't make that evident enough.

We live pretty near too, only a couple of hours away. Though I'm sorry to tell you that NY is way better than MA. Massachusetts is too quite and nice to be the best.

Within the US I like California. We have stable weather, vast amounts of organic food, raw dairy is legal, and we are generally free spirited people.

If only your damn government would legalize ferrets as pets, I wouldn't hesitate at all in agreeing with you.

I couldn't agree more. I would love to have a ferret.

No I don't. I just have plans to travel around a fair bit. I'd be about 650 kilometres from Thuryl or Measle, and maybe 800 from Milla.

In Australia, everything is a long way away. It's nearly as big as the US, but with a tiny fraction of the people.

Massachusetts has quite a few @$$holes, of both sexes. And for some reason they do that stuff to me... Grr! (I keep wondering how to solve that part - nothing so far.)

If I were working enough to have enough money I'd visit New York - I'm still open to recommendations, even though I may never act on them.

If I may ask, what exactly would be the point of meeting another spidwebber in real life? Perhaps it is my utter social ineptitude that prevents me from imagining what we would do, but, really, what would you do? I imagine about 3 mins of talking about Spiderweb's games followed by, "Um, well, uh, it was nice to meet you. Bye."

Stareye is also in WI, I believe.

In the US, I love the southern states. But then, I'm from the south, so there you go. I think people down there, if not more honest, are at least a lot more hospitable, and I think that goes a long way. I also love Waffle Houses, being able to order tea pre-sweetened to a point it makes my teeth feel hairy just thinking about it, NASCAR, bluegrass, deciduous forests, and the feeling of being somewhere where, if the power and water were turned off, nature would quickly overtake everything.

No offense to CA, but I find the level of government subsidization necessary to keep cities running and lawns green out there a bit disconcerting.
