Yeah; the documentation is really misleading about what the difference actually is between set_state and set_state_continue. As far as I'm aware, set_state_continue working regardless of the state it's called in is correct behaviour. I'm not actually sure when you'd ever need or want to use set_state instead of set_state_continue.

Blademaster is an automatic title for any moderator. It shows up only for posts in forums which the moderator moderates, and only if the moderator doesn't have a custom title.

It's a purely cosmetic bug in BoA. Ignore it. Dread Curse still works as it should, even though it says you have 0 levels of it.

I figured that was a regional dialect feature, since it's too odd to be a simple error.

The worst part is that judging by the number of posts in the BoA forums that are replied to with "Update your version of BoA already", Jeff's fears were well-founded. >_<

If BoE hasn't been updated in the past 5 years, it's a safe bet that it's not going to be updated now. :P

Fun fact: "Triadic Watcher Hierarch" is a perfect anagram of "I, Richard White Character", proving conclusively that Alorael is in fact a creation of the mind of Richard White.

You're welcome. It's a pretty annoying limitation, really; I try to avoid it by only keeping scenarios I'm actively playing at the time in my scenarios folder, and putting other scenarios in another folder for storage.

Hmm. Where are you downloading them from? And have you made sure there are fewer than 20 scenarios in your scenario folder?

A tighter passage and increased vascular resistance in that artery can only, logically, produce higher pressure and lower velocity, not the opposite.
To see why the velocity must be higher and the pressure lower in part of an artery that's narrowed, consider an artery where a small region in the middle is narrower than the rest.

The rate of blood flow must be constant along the entire artery, because any fluid that goes into one end of the artery has to come out the other end. Flow rate through a tube is proportional to both cross-sectional area and velocity. Since the cross-sectional area of the narrowed region is less than that of the surrounding areas, the velocity in that region must be higher in order for the same flow rate to be maintained -- and higher velocity means lower pressure.

The reason this translates to higher pressure in the cardiovascular system as a whole is that the narrowed region increases the overall resistance of the artery. So even though the pressure in the narrowed region is lower than the surrounding areas, the average pressure throughout the artery as a whole is higher than it would be if the narrowed region weren't there.

Atherosclerosis increases the mean arterial pressure, true. But the pressure in an individual artery that's narrowed is actually lower than it would be if it weren't. Basically, which of our explanations is correct depends on whether you're considering an individual blood vessel or the circulatory system as a whole.

It isn't necessarily unreasonable to carry around a bunch of maps. A few dozen sheets of paper wouldn't take up all that much space in a backpack.

Admittedly, it does stretch credibility that the party can make maps equally well whether taking a leisurely stroll about town or fleeing for their lives from bloodthirsty monsters. Oh well.
