Well living crafts are special sort of draky so their function could be only there to obey a shapers commands and to store maps and destinations to disembark goods and passengers so there minds wouldn't be as evolved as the draky's are. Draky's were made to be extremely resilient, physically tough, and smart in time of war a draky would be the prime battle creation working out how to break down enemies defenses and lines. This free thinking ability may have made them rouge. well drakys were or not shaped from natural beings is what i meant i am sorry for my not very advanced eloquence. if all creation where not build from pure essence could this explain the rogue thoughts in a creation. So that could explain why creations if not under the the control of a shaper: that would explain why creations are meant to be at a surtain degree free. and if all drakys where all banned to create why shapers create living crafts which are allterations of drakys? Blue for the Egyptians where at the same time as gold the most important colour. To Tibetans it is the color of the mind so it might be an coincidence that to a lot of cultures blue is important in the same way that gold is. nevertheless we live on a blue planet so as the shapers it could represent the richness of the sea and it's powers because in geneforge the shapers control the sea so as the trade routes where traders export their shipping to nearby coast. Or they just like blue. I wold say that multiplayer would only kill the spirt of avernum. It wouldn't be so free after all because avernum is about freedom. Well i suppose they all have weakness and advantages roths are good in tight melees and separating forces. Gazers are for a kick and devastating surprise only attacking a gazer this sheer tooth and claw will kill it. But a drakon is only a reinforcement against magic creations which makes them hard to kill for an agent spreading her or his fury in singing spells in the battle field. Mystic i have long thought about the canister effects. I know that modern statistics have shone that the alteration of genes in a living being destroyed some of the genetic material result in death or crippled the being in 100 °/° of chances but if magic restorded the genes canisters would actually enhance the genetic material therefore destroying some errors and making you able to live a bit more than your being was supposed to. Any way you can post your ideas wright under. Yes it mtters to know how long shapers live because it would suggest that shapers can live in some form or an other so they would be more than 2 shapers on sucia island i was only wondering if shapers could live for a very long time. I can clearly reply that we would we be all mad but until a certain extent because in some cricumstantes a man will trun to killing,I mean just because some one is really mad know if he is mad? So the use of the geneforge even for the best reasons would caused in short run war and devastation folowed by famine and plagues that kill millions but in the long run peapole would use the geneforge to help each other, true peace would last.
