A) I have put something out. It is called "The Scenario".
B) Most likely, only in my professional-grade RPG. I may release something for BoA though.

As I said, in FF7, the towns are well designed. Rocket Town, for instance, contains a rocket, as the name implies. This rocket is necessary. It's a small town, and not only does it not distract the player from the plot, it draws the player deeper into it. Midgar and Nibelheim are also very well-made towns that enhance the plot.
But I think I know what you mean. No, the buildings generally will not talk. But simply making towns that do nothing but house characters and shops generally makes the scenario a little worse. I'm sure if you had taken time to make the town interesting in B2, its CSR score would have gone up a full point.

Where have we heard this before, TM?
TM's way is not the only way, as Stareye said. In fact, people generally prefer Drakey's way. Don't let TM throw you off too much.

I disagree with both of you.
Drakey, only on the point about planned communities. What's so unrealistic about planned communities? If every town in the scenario is planned, sure, it's usually unrealistic. But usually is not always. It depends on the setting of the scenario. Is it a part of the country with a lot of people passing through all the time, like the capital? If this is the case, there's nothing wrong with a planned community. One of the staff members in the hospital I was in was from Philadelphia. He was talking about how awful the road system was in the Boston area, and he's right. He also told me that, in Philadelphia, the streets are arranged into neat rows. It happens. Of course, if it's a mining or logging town, chances are, the community won't be planned.

TM is right, in part. Towns are not the only thing that should drive a plot. In fact, in an RPG, it's often the dungeons that shape the plot more than the towns, and making the towns too interesting will distract the player. The Shining Force series suffers from this problem, although the plot (especially the third one) and the combat more than make up for it. However, towns are also important for more than just inns and shops and housing major characters. As Drakey said, towns should also set the atmosphere of the game, and major towns should also have a part in the plot. The Final Fantasy series does an good job with their towns, especially in FF 7.

More classical music and such... in General

I generally listen to rock and similar genres, but classical is okay too. I know the first movements of Moonlight Sonata and Beethoven's 5th Symphony, but so does just about everyone. When I was in 7th and 8th grade, Ms. Lonergan had a classical music station playing on the radio. It wasn't bad.
I can't play any instruments. I can hold a beat though, so I could probably play drums if I wanted to. I might pick that up, and maybe piano and guitar. But not classical. Rock.

Yes it is. Music with no words is music. When you add the words, it becomes a song. But I'm guessing you meant "just isn't," not "isn't just."
The Beatles are the best band ever, by the way.

Two years? It'll probably last longer than that.
Definitely, buy it. If you don't pay, Jeff doesn't have money. If he doesn't have money, he pursues a new career. If he pursues a new career, he no longer makes great games. This is bad. Always register if you like the game.

UA, Alec is right. If you release your finely balanced definition of control, maybe we can help you get more control or peace of mind or whatever. Help us help you.

OOC: No, just getting in won't do it. You also need to press the button. to start it. Then it will bring you to the MicroSpider.

IC:
ADoS: Ever notice how things always smell the same as they taste? Why is this?

*Jonnie wakes up and gets out of bed.*

Zik: What was that?!
ADoS: Jonnie must have gotten up. Luckily, this vessel is equipped with gravitation devices, so we won't notice too much when he moves. Unless he moves too much, like if he goes on a roller coaster or something.
Jonnie: Hey, I can hear you! What's going on?
ADoS: There are headphones and a microphone on the table near you. Put them on so we can communicate clearly.
*Jonnie puts on said microphone and headphones.*

change_outdoor_location() probably changes the coordinates the party will be at when they leave town. I can't be sure of this though, since I have Windows.

OOC: Okay, that's it. I'm starting it myself.

IC:
Zik: Should we go now?
ADoS: Sure, but first tell everyone to take their seats.
Zik (over the PA): Everyone, take your seats: We are about to launch.
*Everyone takes their seats. Zik hits the shrinking switch, then launches the MicroSpider. They head toward Jonnie's nose.*

OOC: I would like to point out to Milla and FBM the fact that you are not in pods. You are in the MicroSpider. Those pods are for those who join the RP late.
Izzy, you're going to have to start the MicroSpider sometime soon. If you don't post in a couple hours, I'll have to do it myself.

IC:
ADoS: Zik, are you going to launch the MicroSpider or not?
Zik: I don't know how.
ADoS: Oh, okay. This blue button activates the PA system. This green lever starts and stops the vessel. The black joystick in front of you pilots the ship. The red button activates the alarm system. There are similar buttons throughout the vessel. This panel of buttons and this microphone allows you to communicate with the pods. The lights above each button indicate which pods have been activated. There are also pods in the dock of the vessel, along with space suits.
Zik: Space suits? I thought we were going into Jonnie's body.
ADoS: We are. They're left over from the Spiderprise. They're here in case we need to leave the vessel without a pod, like if someone flushes something they shouldn't have down a toilet. This green switch activates the engine. Lastly, this white lever causes the vessel to shrink and expand. It locks after it shrinks, and requires a key to unlock, so you don't accidentally hit it and kill the test subject. There are keys in that box on the wall, and there are others elsewhere in the vessel, just in case. That's all you really need to know for now. The buttons are all labelled. You should be able to figure out what to do.

ADoS: We'll leave as soon as the pods get here. Until then, I'll explain what path we will be taking. We will start by entering through the nose, going down the windpipe and into the left lung. From there we will travel along the entire circulatory system, going through veins, the heart, the liver, and even the brain, until we get back to the left lung, at which point we'll go down the throat, through the digestive system, and out through the anus.
Crowd: Yuck!

*Several pods are brought into the room.*

ADoS: Ah, the pods! These one-person pods shrink just like the MicroSPider, and travel at high speed on an auto-navigated course to the MicroSpider. Just hit the red switch to activate it. Come one, let's get going!

*Jonnie falls asleep, and everyone boards the MicroSpider.*

OOC: We still need a volunteer for the MicroSpider to enter. Also, everyone entering the MicroSpider must have a job. So choose jobs. Jobs include chefs, weapons operators, doctors, janitors, scientists, lab assistants, etc.

IC:
ADoS: While we wait for more volunteers, I'll elaborate on what will happen. First of all, the person who we will enter will only need to be asleep while we enter the body. After that, he or she can go about his or her daily business. The volunteer will need to be cooperative or the mission will be a waste.

*He motions toward the "legs" of the MicroSpider.*

ADoS: Notice the hooks on the ends of the legs. They will be used to latch onto the insides of the volunteer. Don't worry, though. They're big now, but when the vehicle shrinks, they will be harmless. Also note the smaller front legs with the claws. These will be used to grab objects inside the volunteer. Lastly, the small eyes and spinarette fire lasers. These will be used only in extreme circumstances.

*ADoS is standing in front of a large spider-shaped vehicle. He has the usual cane, cardboard hat, large goldfish, and enormous smile. There is also a bed next to him, and a large crowd.*

ADoS: Come one, come all! Gather 'round the amazing MicroSpider Human Body Exploration Device!
Crowd: We are gathered 'round!
ADoS: Oh yeah. Anyway, I will be going on an expedition with several volunteers, inside the body of another volunteer, and we will do research and all sorts of cool stuff!
*oohs and aahs from the crowd*
ADoS: So, who wants to volunteer?

RULES:
1. No god characters.
2. No killing other people's characters with permission from the owner of that character.
3. No making major decisions for other people's characters without permission from the owner of that character.
4. Don't hijack the plot too much. Try to keep it consistant with my general idea.
5. Don't make the RP too serious. This is an "antics" RP. But don't make it too nonsensical either. "OMG< TERHE SI A gainT PIG IN TEH STumIK TAhT SI EETiN R HEDZ!!!!111!1!!11" is not acceptable. Keep it fun.
