In all likelyhood there has never been someone known as Thalrini in reality, nor fiction. It is generally thought that Jeff just made up names that he liked the sound of for everything. Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Y'know, I am sooo tempted to edit my last post into some sort of crazy insane rant just because of TGM being such an arse, but I've got to go out now. Instead I'm going to settle for a random insult, hmmm... I know; shurrup fart-face MacDougal! Whatever. However stupid I may be, I'm secure in the knowledge that some people (or person) is still more stupid than me. Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

HEY!!! Hertfordshire is Faux Cosmo, not the Sticks. That title is reserved for Norfolk and Norfolk only. And you can talk Djur, you're in a country which elected a president whom some apes could outsmart (literally), then became remarkably surprised when he did something stupid. -------------------- Aut Tace Aut Loquere Meliora Silencio Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Fine I'll calm down. Though strangely enough, having read the CoC, I don't think that I have broken any of the rules. Hmmm... and somehow I think it would be selfdefeating of it if it discriminated against a type of person as you suggest. Whatever, withot any more materiel, I'm quite happy. It is however seriously aggrieving that people tell me to lighten up when I'm perfectly merry, then tell me to calm it down when I make the effort to show amusement. Irony is a common metal, but make up yer minds. [ Monday, August 09, 2004 22:20: Message edited by: FatBatMonkey ] Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Yup, one and the same. Trust me on this, when I take a look at the people in my town and see how short all of them are when fully grown (the average is 5ft, only because there are one or two exceptionally tall people and immigration), I know I made the right choice, being 6"2 and 13 stone at 15. No fat, toned. All thanks to milk and vitamins. Never ate my vegetables except for sweetcorn and cucumber. And judging by my lineage it probably wasn't genetic either. -------------------- Aut Tace Aut Loquere Meliora Silencio Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Apparently there's everything from radiation, hormones, superviruses to small mammals in the water supply. Some might not be true, but I'm glad the only thing I drink is milk, nonetheless. -------------------- Aut Tace Aut Loquere Meliora Silencio Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Me?? Not be fun??????????? Ah I see... The expected tone of the words as I write them seem to imply gruff seriousness. :) Try it with cynical sarcasm with a permanent grin on the face. That's about the mark. As for lowering the tone of the board, fine, I'll sing it in baritone next time. ;) Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

There's no need to be so self-depreciating. I take it that you didn't realise, so there's nothing to be aggrieved about. Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

*chokes up laughing* The only time you'll probably see Jeff on the boards is either in Tech or checking up on the newer games fora. I understand that he checks the BoA Editor forum reasonably often, and occaisionally posts on the BoE when something gets technical. Other than that and announcements, not really. -------------------- Aut Tace Aut Loquere Meliora Silencio Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

I called it amateur simply because some of my friends who are into that style can draw better than some professional work I've seen. ie. they're pretty damn good. Compared to the average person's attempt, say mine, your's is pretty good. If it looks odd, then perhaps it might have been wiser to have drawn it with a slight angle on it, instead of just being a side on view. Done right, that sort of thing can give a fairly reasonable 3D effect. -------------------- Aut Tace Aut Loquere Meliora Silencio Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

Rrrrr... Reviving dead topics is frowned upon. Especially, when they are three months old... Yes, it was a fairly reasonable topic, but may I advise that you apologise in some form, to avoid extreme canning? Posts: 1487 | Registered: Sunday, February 10 2002 08:00 |

(Not includng the first because that didn't load) One day a strange brown substance decided to interupt Santa Claus's banjo practice. Performing a triple backflip, Santa shrunk and leapt into his car. Gunning the enginge with copious amounts of wheelspin, Santa was tuning his radio when he ran down a minature gryphon which had skipped several millenia of evolution in a chemical accident and had grown hands and legs. He was called Boris. Leaping out to help Boris, Santa noticed that the accident had caused a huge dent in his front bumper. And while struggling to think of a reasonable excuse for his insurance company, Santa was cruely and brutally trodden on by a man with a big moustache. Named Dave. Okay, that was not that random.
