You kinda just answered your own question there... Personally, I would want passwords removed so I could go in and fix buggy scenarios that I liked. Kistar's Quest for example. I liked it but the bugs kept others away. If I remember right, though... somebody already figured out how to remove passwords on MAC. I thought it was with the wtfedit. Someone refresh my memory please. Who helped me fix Parallel Dimensia and how did they do it? -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs and Scenarios!!!!! Don't worry Jeran, there's lots of other clans that don't know you yet. One of them's sure to let you in. Might I recommend the KoL Addicts? Friendly lot. Got their own forum to boot. And I do believe that they won't yell at you for telling them about your big sword whenever you want. They actually encourage gimmicks. Edit: Oh, oh, I also recommend starting as a disco bandit. All the classes have their advantages but I found the bandits the most fun. quote:But BoA was already shot in the foot when it came out because there was only one 'new' story from Jeff. If he'd have created four new stories instead of just porting the BoE three, I, for one, would have bought it a lot sooner then I did. I mean, why buy a game that I already know the plot to, right? The discussion of the difficulty of the editor didn't hurry my buying decision either. A blades game could work if the new story content was anything near the volume of, say, E/A3. Especially if he spends ample time making the editor really user friendly. Whether or not Jeff percieves such an investment as cost effective is doubtful though. Personally, I'd love to see a si-fiandfantasy based game where the eternal objective is to explore the universe with futuristic technology and magic. Let's call it Blades of Tomorrow. He could probably get away with just recycling the BoA engine. Fix any bugs already reported in it, line up some good futuristic and alien graphics, write an epic tale, and create an easy to use editor to make the game with. No limits! Basic default for the beginner, but optional everything for the advanced. (ie. user made sounds, custom spell/technology names, adjustable skill set) I'll just keep dreaming... *Smothers ET with love.* No matter what you were told, the root reason for your bannings and 'beatings' was and continues to be your attitude. You complain about the administrative pride you want to bring down while constantly carrying your own Emperor's pride head and shoulders above everyone else. You emplore us to stop conforming to the way things are yet beckon us to think the same way you do. You demand to be taken seriously while you walk around with a silly red feather in your hat, literally. Honestly, I can't understand why you try to take the stand you do. So, I'll just give you a giant bear hug and leave it at that. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs and Scenarios!!!!! Actually, I'm still waiting for Slarty to e-mail me. And you know what it's like to wait for Slarty. :P I haven't been pestering him because if he works anywhere near as much as my husband does, I completely understand about him not having enough time. And I bet he probably works more. Plus I've been keeping myself busy on other community projects. The BoE CSR is almost done. Only most of the reviews at mabplay left... I believe I'm up to 'E'. And then once all that is done, I do need to update all the links at my own site. I haven't finished updating the memorial either. I'm not desperate for this to restart, yet. Although just posting the starting thread wouldn't take too much time and them I could leave it a couple weeks while the community speaks their piece. So as soon as I get what I need the thread will be up within the day, whenever that happens to be. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs and Scenarios!!!!! I could tell you why I think so many people in the world are unhappy but stating what the Bible has to say about it would only turn this thread into a very one sided religious flame war. Besides, adding demons into a scenario almost never works out well. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs and Scenarios!!!!! Well, I for one, love my new title. Now all I have to do is post very, very slowly so that I have it until the next changeover. Shouldn't be too hard. Edit: Aw, craters! It was just fine the first and second time. Quit messin' with it. I wonder if I can put on 180 posts before the next change... *sighs* How 'bout those Bears? The default password is 0, or at least the value of a not having a password. But of course everyone knows that. I had hoped to add the password for Redwall but in the midst of remembering what it was, I remembered I took it off... oh, well. It's already been done, sort of. Assault on Valorim: Part One recreated the entire continent of Valorim and most of it's towns. It was MASSIVE, it was also a MASSIVELY horrible scenario. One outdoor square to search with nothing to find can ruin a scenario. It had many. If someone made an editor that took off passwords we could use that. And the editor would be much better received and utilized then any new E3 recreation. I can pretty much guarantee. Good to know. Descriptions have been updated. I could package them with the normal contents of a BLSCNED folder. *bump* The editor has been uploaded to my website on the downloads page. I actually found two but I've only used the one. wtfed.exe is what you want. I got it with an entire BLSCNED folder and all it's contents so I'm not sure if there's any altered supporting files that are supposed to be with it. Let me know if it doesn't work for you, I can forward the whole thing. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs and Scenarios!!!!!
