Eh, I'm not a fan of long hair. It can look good on some people, but factoring in the upkeep, it's just too time-consuming to make it look nice. And somebody are in obvious need of a haircut, if just to get it out of their eyes. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Yes, but how many photo threads have Alec started? Well, I guess I can see your reasoning though, Alo. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Right, there you go. Now we can edit out the other one. Anything to keep the post width normal so there's more chance that my post will end up being a substantial and generically helpful multiliner. :P -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Um, is there someone who actually thinks doing it that way is more efficient. I can't even imagine string manipulating every post before displaying it. And now we may have a better explanation of how post counts and current monikers can be displayed temporarily incorrectly in the posts. I did notice how darn fast benBB worked compared to UBB. I at first attributed it to a slow Internet connection. *creates another text file somewhere* [ Monday, March 06, 2006 18:42: Message edited by: ashby4808 ] -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Yeah. Just open the picture in paint or something, cut out all the black area, save, and reupload. Now that would be true cropping. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Hmmm. The way I saw it, TM got fed up with the slow progress on getting Ash unbanned. He therefore changed his signature to something similar to what Ash did and be the martyr that he is. But, since Jeff did not ban him (as evidenced by his BANNED title), I suppose this is not the case. I would have been quite sad if he had been banned indefinately, but I don't think he is incapable of doing anything to deserve it. Anyway, this has got to be the record for the most unbannings of one account. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

I think the overall quality of the games continues to go up, as does pretty much all technology. However, the novel sometimes seems to wear off. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

No scenarios themselves are rated a 10, but when you take all the 8s and 9s and but them all together in one place, you're bound to get a 10. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

I guess we can all learn an important lesson, though. When Jeff says (or hints) to do something, do it. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |
