Relax, everyone ends up making some stupid mistake they wouldn't usually make when it's late. It's happened to you, it's happened to me, and it's happened to everyone else.

Shesh. Did you ever think of looking on the company website? The company who just happens to also be the one who's boards we're on?

I call the guy that eventually tortures Ginny to get Harry to reveal the location of the Hallows. While retrieving them, he creates five Horcruxes for himself, all unsuspecting items that he hides in various places of protection with more grandeous stuff. Like having a pencil being a Horcrux and hiding it amongst thousands of gold bars. The Master of Death with both Hallows and Horcruxes, taking over the world and becoming uberpowerful.

Failing that, I call James Potter. Both of them.

Atlantis could be done, but I think that Jeff probably wouldn't. It seems sort of overdone, no offense. I hope that Jeff does something totally new, sort of like Geneforge.

But the scientists of the surface were not idle. With the aid of the engimatic natives (which, incidently, have two elbows on each arm), they erected a shield to protect the planet from the scorching rays of the sun (incidently, the shield glows green). They also have recruited you, intrepid adventurer! With your trusty parasol, you are destined to storm the underground bunkers, hoping to seize freedom for your nation.

Or, you know, just some high SPF sunscreen. The game will be pretty open-ended that way.

That, my friend, is extremly rich. Kudos to you.

Think of a theme. A bunch of exiles being sent underground. Mankind being able to create life. Your people about to be destroyed. All of these have been the hubs of a series/game. Everything else is just expanding on that idea.

For example, something similar to the collapse of Rome. The single, dominant power of the world has just collapsed, and there's a huge power vacuum. You're a soldier for some tribe or another, trying to take over some land. I'd imagine you could make a series about the rise from chaos into order under a new force. Perhaps some foreign threat comes when everyone's finally united, perhaps there's a rebellion, the possibilities are endless.

Personally, a theme I wish would be explored is what would happen to a Empire/Avernum like society if they found out that in one year all magic would stop working? I'd imagine that could also be a series, and I know if it was done right it would be awesome.

I take it you are well versed in the words of the Flying Spaghetti Monster? Or did you just hear all this from a Pastafarian preacher?

Most of the time I just wing it until I figure the controls out. However for complex games or games with odd controls I sometimes read the manuals.

I knew the Flying Spaghetti Monster would show up eventually.

On topic, or atleast more so, I am athiest, though my heart wants me to be an agnostic. Whenever something happens, like a loved one passing away, I turn agnostic because I'm scared. However if I could operate without emotions all the time clouding my judgement and reason then I'd be an athiest full time.

Most Favorite Leader in Geneforge 4: Rebellion

Greta: A hardened vetran that many can relate to. Fearless and kind, yet overly trusting. A good general, but not the best.

Genral Crowley: Wise and strong, an untouchable. Speaks of the glory of the Shapers well. Good, but a little hard to get behind.

Genral Alwan: A hardened vertan with much respect and authority. Doesn't mince words, but still has a lot of strength. Good, but seemingly emotionless.

Pirik: Another hardened vetran. Good for servile morale, but to pessimistic. Not that great.

Miranda: A powerful warrior demanding a lot of respect. Easy to connect with but doesn't connect with others. Good for morale, and a pretty decent leader.

Litalia: Sort of untouchable, and rather awkward. Good for canister users morale, a people's general. A fairly good leader.

Akkhari Blaze: He made one brief appearance at the end of the game, so I reserve judgement.

Exiled, Banished, Barred, Assassinated, Killed, Defeated, On Vacation, Shunned, Murdered, Genocided, TMed.

Okay, that's all. Nothing more to see here. Some of the titles are good, I'd think. Also, it wouldn't really be awarding them with cool titles, as they have no way to flaunt their new titles.

Paraphrasing, of course but it was something along the lines:

"Dikiyoba never wants to see a title that is just a members name again."

It was in the thread "Emperor Tullegolar" which was asking why he got banned. And no, I didn't check the archives, so the exact wording may be off. That's the gist of it though.

No, I don't know. Perhaps you should provide an example, because that's pretty broad and vague.

You children will learn without...
You barf...

Well, no game I've ever seen has made me barf.

Any strategy game set in history could arguably be called historical. Also, arguably you could say puzzle games like Myst are educational, in a mental development sort of way.

Yeah, far to many missing characters, like Pirik. Not to mention characters that don't deserve to be there, like Tyrol.

Personally my all time favorite characters from each game are:

Ellhrah
Barzahl
Greta
Miranda

Shockingly enough, I just loved the Miranda character. I hope she's in the next game, relativly unchanged. Like loyalist with a rebel ending.

Actually, if you cheat you can make Tyrol survive. The way he is so confrontational Jeff just assumed the kyshakk would kill him. So no scripting in his death, unlike Magda.

Strangely if there isn't a War Trall to kill her she just trips and breaks her leg. She is supposed to be a healer, yet she can't mend a simple injury.

Anyways, Tyrol vanishes with everyone else, never appearing again and only giving out some experience when he hits Southforge.

There's a very real chance that this is wrong, since I don't know much about how Irony Central works. I'm just going with general rules I've figured out.
