Running custom scenarios in Blades of Avernum

put the scenario folder (eg. "Roses of Reckoning") in the scenarios folder. In the in-game menu with the four scenarios there is an arrow button to see more scenarios.

pretty good scenario. short and easy as advertised. did it with a level 1 party and it was not very difficult.

any non-destroyed textbook will do. I've found three of them. If I remember correctlty, if you take the stairs in the SE corner of that library level, there is one on that level. You need to look for a little secret room in the maze of walls. use your automap.

oh, well getting through that "dungeon" is another story all together, i think you need to find 2 keys, and one of those expolding boxes. just look everywhere and kill all th slimes.

maybe someone else can explain it better. i'm not good with directions, but it is farther to the east. go east and then go north along a narrow path between the mountains and water. there should be a spineworm there and just keep going and there will be an entrance.

ok, well have you spoken to the rebel's shade and demanded to see stalker? if so, they tell you to go in the "back way", which is to the east. you know where the spineworm is outside? its there.

you need to get the opening stone. first go speak top the vanathai, who are way down below the school in some caves. then go back to the friendly spiders.

when opening a locked cabinet/dresser you do need a lockpick, i believe, as opposed to with doors.

an example of a locked cabinet are the two just outside of the room where they keep the dragon in VoDT.
