Scenario Processing in Blades of Exile

I find that the hardest part of working on a scenario is whatever part I happen to be working on at the moment. That said, I find the third quarter of creating the first version to be the hardest. After 50% of the first version has been made, I've already put in a lot of work, but there's so much work left to do that I feel daunted. Apparently the odds of you losing control are determined by a get_ran call, which rolls one die from 1 to the total Willpower in your group, and if the die is higher than the highest individual amount of Willpower in your group, then you lose control. That is, the most advantageous situation for this die roll is to concentrate all of your party's Willpower in one individual.
