Hi everyone, I was around a while back and bought the exile trilogy, blades of exile and the first geneforge. I'm thinking about ordering the avernum and geneforge trilogy's + perhaps the new blades. But I'm quite confused about the prices, especialy wheter I should order the packets or each game seperatly, I was wondering for wich packets I could get a discount and how I should best order them. Well I think ill just stick to my boe and exile's then and perhaps try the avernum 4 demo. First thou I would like to play some scenarios again on my blades^^. But here's the problem i seem to have lost most ;s. If someone could perhaps point me into the direction for a few things: - the lyceum(does that still exist?) -*whistles*) -and perhaps some links too the classics like the ones made by Alcritas, or the quitesencial quintessence(spelling) and some off those nifty movie scenarios. -or perhaps some of the newer ones that I have missed. Ah, this has been a long time. So erhm... hi ^^ I didn't mean to leave :P . Anyway i was wondering, seeing as i still have my exile trilogy and blades cd's tucked safely away(to scare my children one day :P ), if you friendly lot could give me some recomendations as to where I should start playing again from (all these new titles confuse me endlessly). You see I still have this really really slow laptop :P and aside from doing work things, it really can't handle anything else. I'd love to have that feeling again that I had while playing exile when taking classes ^^(forgot to turn the sound off once xD) and seeing as i often have to take the train for several hours I decide to seek out this site again ^^, and hope for some kind and benevolent guru to guide me as to wich game I should try and play first ^^. Only things i played before we're exile I-III and blades of exile. I also had a brief encounter with the first avernum but I forgot where I put that :P -------------------- I'm back with less posting than ever. I think the root off evil lies in our own perception, we can't fully percieve(not rightly spelled I know) our own reality, so our judgment over everything is flawed, the conflicts between our judgments are evil to the other party. I'm building a site but i wanna use a custom font. How can I make sure the users see this font, cause if they dont have the font it will display as arial or something like that. Been away for while, well here's my rant : p First on the right to live I personnaly think that you're live is your's to live and your's to take. If you don't have the right to decide what to do with your life it's not your life anymore. However you should think about the people who you leave behind and if your sure youre going to commit suicide at least say a proper goodbye. Second on the euthanasie. I had a relation with a guy who had (don't now the right english word, tell me if you know) evolving paralyzation of the body, a form off the syndrom of Duchenne. And I can honestly say if he would've asked me to, when he reached the end stage of the disease I would've assisted him gladly. It's not the right to live that I find the most important in these matters but the quality of that life. If you're in great pain or you can't do anything else than speak euthanasia is a RIGHT. The problem is "rating" the quality of life, meaning when are you able to say "I have nothing to live for"? That's a question that's soly there own to decide. But even if they aren't "able" to think "clearly" should their chose be shoved aside? I've seen people who don't know there ass from their faces make important decicison about their childrens life without anyone interfering. So that makes me wonder too. When is someone "able" to make those decicison? Bon, sorry about the bad grammar but I'm dutch so I have an excuse : p btw: if anyone knows the term please tell me.
