I agree. But I will not touch this one with a ten-foot pole. I only saw Lord of the Rings once, and I am not up in the knowledge of Orcs and the such. I am going through a several month period of very little computer game-playing, broken only by the occasional game of Goldeneye on my Nintendo 64.

So until an RP comes along that I understand, you won't be hearing from me. Sorry. IMAGE(Shattered Alliance RP_files/frown.gif)

I am sorry Sir David, but where I am from, we have never heard the term Agnostic. If you can explain it to me, then please do so. Otherwise, leave me to my own peace.

My beliefs are simple. I believe in a kind and loving God, not a God of war and destruction. I believe in a God that wants you to spread the message of Jesus’ teachings, and not forcefully try to impress them on others. To me, people that do that in the name of God are not true believers, but committing a grievous sin.

Until I find a term that perfectly describes my beliefs and get a good explanation as to that type of religion, I will continue to call myself a Liberal Christian.

I am sorry, but here, where I live, the philosophy of Hinduism, Buddhism, and the such is unknown because of the lack of information on them outside of taking a class in school or going to a library. There are no churches around here devoted to such religions, so why should the ideas have reached me unless I chose to read up on them?

I have just had a vague explanation of Agnostics put to me and I feel that what you said to me, Sir David, is somewhat of an insult, for it does not at all tally with my beliefs on the matter. If you would like to discuss this on AOL, then I am open for discussion.

I am a mixture of several religions, though I call myself a Liberal Christian. My beliefs to me are the ones that are the most sensible from several religions. To me, any person who walks around always condemning others and calling their self a Christian is just as close to Hell as murderer or a rapist.

I don't know the philosphy of most of the religions out there and don't know the names for more than half of them. I grew up in a Conservative Christian home and went to a church that I eventually left when I was fifteen or sixteen because I didn't share their beliefs and because they condemned people a lot of the time.

I believe that there is no true religion. Religion is whatever you believe in and if it makes you happy, then so be it.

I find it impossible to conform to all the beliefs of just one religion, but that is just me.

When is the next RP going to be started? I can easily understand that many people would like a break from posting in RPs. In addition, I can understand that school, college, and work can take up most of a person's time.

I am just curious. That's all. I found it to be loads of fun while I was in one, but now I am bored without it.

OOC: Well here is my ending for my character.

IC: The news quickly made its way to Turin about the outcome of the war. The names of the people involved meant very little to Petoria. She sat in the mayor's office and listened intently to the most recent events to occur. He talked about the occurrence of the Populist leader and her assistant that had passed through the city. They had given him a fine sword as a token of their gratitude for his help. He then went on to tell her about the great battle that had taken place on the Coutharan Downs and how Emperor Ironclad, Hugo, Linda of the Populists, and Karadas had died in the battle. As he went on, he mentioned how their bodies were never found and how Jehan Sol was to be crowned as the new emperor of Pralgrad, as an Ironclad.

Petoria listened carefully to all this. She then looked directly into the mayor's eyes to ask him a seemingly very important question.

Petoria: (With a serious, yet gentle look) "Julius, don't think me odd when I ask you this, but do you know what color robes Sol wears?"

Mayor Flagstaff: (Gives a Look of bewilderment) "Well, he wears red robes preferably..."

Petoria: (With a look of slight horror) "Red robes?!! Oh dear god!!!"

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking slightly annoyed at being cut off) "You didn't let me finish, Petoria. I heard that he plans to court Lady Cathera Ironclad in order to become the new emperor. If that happens, he will most likely start wearing her colors instead of his. I heard that the Queen wears blue and gold robes. They are supposed to be the same as her ancestors, it you are willing to believe such a story. Personally I..."

Petoria: (Suddenly filled with hope and excitement) "What?!!!! Did you say blue and gold?!!!! HA HA!!!! The Prophecy is true after all!!! Thank you Julius!! You made me a very happy woman! I am sorry, but I must leave Turin now! I promise I will be back eventually. A certainly city official has caught my eye and a burden is about to be lifted from my shoulders. Bye mayor, I mean Julius!!"

-----------------

The mayor utters a goodbye before she disappears out of his office. She calls a cab in the streets and tells the man to ride to the tavern as quickly as possible. The cabman makes a mad dash to the tavern and she pays him well for it. She rushes inside, gathers up her stuff, pays for her room, and dashes out. She finds Belmont with a young woman. She tells him to come with her quickly as he will be a witness to a singular moment in the history of Pralgrad. He tells Petoria he wants to bring the young woman with, as he has just proposed marriage to her and she accepted. Petoria agrees and they head to the stables to get Petoria's horse and cart.

They meet Winston along the way and manage to drag him with. They grab provisions for several days and set out. After three days, they make it to Blackstone and are admitted to see the soon to be new emperor. She tells him that on the day of his coronation, she will have a surprise for him. She explained that a responsibility had befallen her to carry out in the event that a certain Prophecy should come true. He accepted her potential gift and gave orders that Petoria and her friends should be given rooms at the castle to stay there until the coronation. She graciously thanked him and waited for the day of her release from her burden of responsibility.

--------------

As she stayed there at the castle, she got to know Winston better and better and soon the two of them fell in love. They arranged it that both them and Belmont with his newfound fiancée, Denise, would be married on the same day as Jehan Sol. Finally, the day of the coronation came and all three couples were married. Keeping true to her words after the coronation, Petoria told the new king the whole story of her ancestry and of the responsibility of guarding the vault handed down to her. Than she told the king that he needed to come with her, so she could officially hand over its rights to him. He agreed to this and with his bodyguards, they made the day and a half trip to the site.

--------------------

Upon reaching the site, Petoria casts the spell removing the barriers protecting her hovel and the vault. She then led the king, his royal mages, and her friends into the basement of the hovel to the entrance of the vault. She instructed everyone to stay outside until she was finished inside the vault. After pulling on the torch to open the door, she lit the inside torches and then said the spell she had been dreaming to one day say aloud to unlock the treasures of the vault to the outside world of Pralgrad and to the new emperor.

Petoria: (With great anticipation and loudness) "Haseema Ontol Fer Disag Nevimae Vauscos Des Sim Cramigral!!!!

A very loud mechanical click is here and trumpets begin sounding. Various clicks can be heard throughout the room as all the magical traps are disarmed. The activity soon ceases. However, as Jehan Sol is about to enter the vault for the first time, the wall facing the doorway begins to swing away. When it is completely out of the way, a single room can be seen. Torches light automatically, throwing illumination on the room's contents. They soon find out that it is the tomb of the original ruler of Pralgrad. He is laid out in a glass case and is completely preserved. Laid across his chest is a tablet.

---------------

On the tablet are the words:

You have come very far great warrior. To look upon this tablet is a privilege giving to no others except the true king of Pralgrad. Do not forget your civil duty of peace. If you break the sacred law, it will be upon your head and you will die by the same sword you used to win you your power. Go forth now and rule by an iron fist and a kind heart. Bring peace back to Pralgrad and always remember the way of the holy trust. Make the nation proud and your name shall be known forever in this land.

The knowledge, wealth, weaponry, and power of the original ruler of Pralgrad passed into the hands of Jehan Sol, who later became known as an Ironclad himself. He indeed took the new gotten treasures to heart and shard them with all the people in the land. Peace, prosperity, and love reigned free and the Prophecy was completed fulfilled in every way.

----------

Petoria later returned to Turin with her husband, Winston Carbuncle. Upon their arrival, the mayor met them and asked them to come with him to the Hall. He sat them down and they shared their adventures with each other. Before they got up to go, the mayor gave Petoria a piece of news.

Mayor Flagstaff: "Oh, before you go Petoria, I need to tell you of the singular discovery that was made in an abandoned house in a part of the city close to the docks. We found that mysterious crate. You will never believe what was in it."

Petoria: (Total surprise encompassing her face) "You found it?!!! Well what was in it?!! Speak up!! You got me on edge now!!"

Mayor Flagstaff: "Better than tell you, I will show you instead. Follow me."

They make their way to the center of town with the mayor leading the way and there, standing in the middle of the square is what looks like a large statue. The mayor explains to them that they found this in the crate along with a scroll explaining it. The mage Ayin had left them with an inert Doomguard as a remembrance piece. The mayor went on to explain that they found some special names engraved on the Doomguard along with a short message. The names surprised the mayor as much as they surprised Petoria and Winston.

--------------

The names were:

Gideon Ironclad, Dorian Kylen, Jehan Sol, and Ayin Yuvak.

The short message read:

The sign of the four friends of power. May death come to those of us who break the chain of friendship by the hands of those who want to keep it intact. Power cannot be divided four separate ways and still exist as a whole unless the circle of friend remains unbroken. God save us all.

-----------------

Petoria went on to become a well known alchemist in Ironclad's kingdom and is written down in history as the one of the greatest alchemists Pralgrad had ever seen, under her ancestor of course.

Well excuse me if I was unable to get the Internet until the week before I graduated from high school. That was June of 2003. Therefore, you get a life instead. I was deprived while growing up far too much. I am now trying to catch up on all the years I lost without the Internet. So, I am trying to regain my life again.

I happen to have social anxiety disorder along with OCD and ADD. I am in a program to help me get over those problems as well as seeing a therapist. When I am finished with the program, they will help me find a job.

So cut me some slack jack.

Hey, today is my birthday. I will officially be 19 today at 3:13 pm EST. :D :D :D

Join in the celebration. There will be RP cake, bobbing for newbies, a feast of story prospects, and the attendance of the crown heads of Spiderweb Software. (The moderators) :P

This party is mine baby, yeah. :D (Talks like Austin Powers) (Then regains composure) :o

Oh, sorry about that. Couldn't resist.
(Puts magnifying glass away and starts setting up various items of interest in the room for the party)

Let's see, plenty of cocaine for the guests, shag tobacco and a series of pipes (Ironically, I quit smoking last week), curried mutton, all the cases of interest that I solved for people to read, male and female strippers, and dance music for everyone to enjoy, and lots of others things.

Let the party begin. Saunders, you can join in on the festivities. There is a little bit of everything here for my guests. I wouldn't want to let you out on the fun.

Petoria and the mayor search the plains around the city and find nothing at all, save for some strange deep wagon wheel ruts that lead from the shrouded figure’s last appearance up to a large gap in the city wall that has not yet been repaired. This totally perplexes the two of them as no one had been seen traveling through gap during the morning. After some investigating of the ruts and the size of the gap, Petoria concludes that the shrouded figure must have used an invisibility spell and a stealth spell in order to get into the city undetected by the guards above on the wall.

Petoria relays this information to the mayor and the mayor gets a look of deep concern on his face as he sits facing her from behind his desk. Petoria leans against the frame of the doorway looking down at him listening to his initial response to her news.

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking down at his desk and then back up at Petoria with a critical expression of concern) "Hmmm. This is indeed very grave news. It seems, if what you say is true, that this mysterious black-cloaked mage has come back to us and has brought something with him. I will put my men on the alert to keep and eye out for him. As you know, Petoria, this city is riddled with sewers and passages of all sorts. He could be hiding anywhere. Nevertheless, if he is here in the city, it is only a matter of time before he is detected. Until then, I will have a hard time sleeping."

Petoria: (With a similar concerned look on her face as she stares down at him and occasionally out the window while talking) "I know exactly what you mean. However, I am less worried about his presence, and more worried about what it is that he was towing behind him in that cart. I can't possible conceive what it might be. Any large or small object can be concealed in a crate, but it was so important to the mage that he took the precaution of stealth and invisibility to avoid the guards looking at its contents. I have to admit that I am curious at its contents. Very curious indeed."

Mayor Flagstaff: (Suddenly remembering something) "That reminds me, Petoria. I heard some news of an occurrence at a Solaran camp. Something about a creature called a doom guard was mentioned. I have heard of such a creature, but I really know nothing about what they are. Anyway, a great disaster occurred while some mages were studying it. They enclosed themselves in a building with barriers to escape interruptions and inadvertently there was some sort of fire eruption from the doom guard while they were trying to use it. Their precaution for privacy in their endeavors sealed their death warrant. They were found scorched to nearly ashes. The doom guard itself had melted from the fire eruption. What's more, there is talk of a portal between the fort where it had been kept before the occurrence and the Solaran city where the disaster occurred. A device used for the portal was stolen from the fort, and has since vanished. Do you think there is any connection of these events to the black shrouded mage?"

Petoria: (She ponders over this revelation by staring out the window and speaking in broken increments) "Hmmm. There was a flash of light...the mage appeared...he was carting a crate towards the city...could be anywhere...what could possibly be in that crate? Think Petoria, think...Damn, my mind is blank." (Turning attention back to the mayor after a few minutes) "The connection is very possible, but I can't come up with a good answer just now. I don't have enough data to work with. I'm sorry, but I need some time to contemplate these facts. I will get back to you. This is a complex problem we have here. Bye."

Mayor Flagstaff: "Very well, Petoria. I will await your ideas. Don't worry, we will find that mage eventually. He can't hide forever. Thank the gods we are free from attack right now. With these recent problems, I can't see how we would ever be able to cope with all of them at the same time. Goodbye then."

Petoria leaves the mayor's office and starts walking through the various streets of the city on her way back to the tavern. She turns over each of the recent events in her mind one by one, all the while.

OOC: I hope I am not compromising anyone's plans with this post. Let me know if I did.

IC: Petoria wakes up the next day after having a good long rest to ebb away the strain of her study over the piece of cloth. Once again, Belmont has risen before her and is nowhere to be found. She goes about the usual freshening up routine and eventually makes her way out into the bar.

Petoria: (Motioning to the barkeep) "Barkeep, I would like a jug of ale to take with me please."

Barkeep: (Brightening at the prospect of a new sale) "Yes, madam. Here you go."

She pays him, packs it away in her knapsack with a glass or two, and heads out the door. No sooner is she out the door than a hansom pulls up. Looking inside she can see the mayor beckoning to her to climb in. With a groan, she makes her way into the seat beside him and they are off. The mayor quickly gets right down to his reason for picking her up.

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking at her with slight panic and concern in his eyes) "Petoria, I am very sorry to have to snatch you up like this but we have a new concern to worry about."

Petoria: (With confusion and concern on her face) "What has happened? Are you switching from Neutral to Populist? Are we going to be attacked? What is going on? It must be something more unusual. You wouldn't pick me up like this if it wasn't something in my field."

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking around outside the cab) "Well, it's kind of hard to explain. Here are the facts as told to me by Winston. They were given to him by a guard on duty early this morning just as the sun was about to rise."

Petoria: (Impatiently) "And?"

Mayor Flagstaff: (Noticing her impatience) "Well, it seems that there was a flash of light out close to the woods leading to the border where the Ferry is and a dark-cloaked figure appeared out of nowhere. He headed towards the city and the guard could see that he was driving a horse-drawn wagon with some big bulky object in a crate in the cart. But as he went into a dip on the plains really close to the city, he just vanished from sight. No one knows where he went or who he was, but the description matches that of our mysterious mage, Ayin."

Petoria: (Slightly puzzled) "And just where do I come into the picture? What can I do?"

Mayor Flagstaff: "Well, I figured that you should know about it. That's all. (With a mischievous smile) Up for a drive around the city and the plains?"

Petoria: (With a chuckle) "I knew it. You want me to look into it. All right. Let's have a look at the area where he vanished from."

With that, the mayor tells the driver to take them out to the plains for a drive. The mayor instructs him that he will act as guide and direct him to where he wants to go. And off they go.

Petoria sits for hours waiting for the mages to gather up all the information that they can about the Saxton School of Magic. While she is made to wait, she continues to examine the piece of cloth. While turning it over and over in her hand, she becomes aware of a strange magnetic field from the cloth. She ponders over this for a while. Then she remembers a spell she was taught as a child for lowering magnetic fields. She snips off a piece of the cloth and sets it in the glass case once more. She then proceeds to cast the spell she remembers on it.

The cloth trembles and shakes in the case and begins glowing a strange green color. Then, as suddenly as it had begun, it ceases. When she removes the piece of cloth, the magnetic field is gone and the cloth feels weaker in her hands. She sets it in the case again and starts bombarding it with various other spells. The cloth instantly catches fire from the first fire spell and burns up.

Petoria: "Ingenuous! Why didn't I see it before?!"

The creators of the robes simply created a magnetic field around them and reversed the polarity of any spell directed towards them, thereby nullifying the effects from them. The robes weren't immune after all. It turns out that the simple magnetic characteristic did the work of making them look immune to any normal person, while they were in reality, vulnerable to the trained eye. If the right person sees it, all they have to do is deactivate the field and the mage will become rather weak.

For the first time, someone has figured out the secret to the seemingly powerful mages that Saxton had been turning out for a while, and Petoria realizes the significance of her discovery. It is then that the mages finally return to her with all the literature that they could find, and Petoria starts pouring over it intently. She sits for hours on end skimming through each book, looking for information on the mages. Its takes quite a while before she comes across a single book with listings of the graduates from the school.

Most of the other books only preached on the philosophy of the teachers there or just described general information about the school. However, she now held in her hands, the ultimate tool to discovering the identity of this rogue mage. As she ponders through it, she starts writing down the candidates for owner of the robes she had been studying. She knows many of them all too well. She finally narrows it down to three separate possibilities. The descriptions are brief, but to the point.

1. Ayin Yovak
Eyes: Gray
Height: 6 feet tall
Robes: Black with " λ ", " β ", & " Ψ " on them
Specialty: Fire spells and projecting images
Last Known Location: Southern Pralgrad in the city of Horus just south of the Swamps of Dralgath

2. Tsadi Ducumsey
Eyes: Dark Blue
Height: 5'6''
Robes: Black with " Ώ ", " Ψ ", & " λ " on them
Specialty: Fire Spells and Mind Control
Last Known Location: Western Pralgrad city of Juniperous

3. Lamda Valetine
Eyes: Dark Green
Height: 5'9''
Robes: Black with " α ", " λ ", & " Ψ " on them
Specialty: Fire Spells and Telepathy
Last Known Location: White Peak Island

She sits back content in her work and contemplates for a while which one of the three mages it could possibly be. She examines the cloth swatch again and tries to match the torn symbol up with one of the extra symbols in each of the descriptions. After ten minutes, she finally makes headway in deciphering the torn symbol. It closely resembles the " β " symbol and finally she decides that the mysterious mage in black can be none other than Ayin Yovak. She writes this name and description down and takes it by person to Mayor Flagstaff.

Petoria: "I believe I have finally identified that rogue mage that passed by here." (Handing the mayor the paper) "Here is his name and a brief description of him."

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking it over) "Hmmmm. Very interesting. I have heard of this mage before. I once met him."

Petoria: (Staring at the ground in thought) "I too have heard of him. Though I never had the pleasure of meeting him, I have been unconsciously aware of his presence before."

Mayor Flagstaff: (Looking back up at her) "Well, I can't say that I actually conversed with him, but I have run into him once before while traveling. You may not know this, but he is what we call an independent. He prefers to work alone, though he occasionally hires mercenaries to do his dirty work for him. He doesn't side with any one political party, but the Populists are closest to his ideals. He believes in pretty much what we believe in. Rule by the people. He will fight against anyone who opposes his ideals." (Looking back at the paper lost in thought) "But something still puzzles me though..."

Petoria: "Why he rode past the city and made for the border in the way he did?" (Noticing his gaze) "You needn't look so surprised. That point has been puzzling me too. There is really no reason for why he should go over the mountain, ride the length of it across the plains, and then go over them again, heading for the ferry to the Ironclad border. He could just as easily head north across the Ironclad border from the Green Plains. It doesn't make any sense."

She ponders over this for a few minutes.

Petoria: "Unless...He might have wanted us to take notice of him. However, at the moment I confess that I cannot understand why. Well, I think we will find out sooner or later." (Looking back at the mayor) "Are you going to send out a search party for him?"

Mayor Flagstaff: "No, I think we better stay neutral. He most likely has something in store for us later. He would know it if we started trying to track him down. I suggest we just sit back and wait for him to act first. If he is planning something, we will find out about it eventually. But somehow I don't think we are his target."

Petoria: "I am inclined to agree with you. If you ask me, I think he will be back eventually. Perhaps he will use this city to hide in in the event that he needs to. This city offers many places to conceal yourself without alerting others to your presence." (Looking at the quickly receding light outside) "I better get back to Tavern. Good evening mayor."

Mayor Flagstaff: Please, Petoria. Call me Julius."

Petoria: "Very well. Good evening Julius."

She gathers her things and leaves for the tavern.

A rumor about me has been brought to my attention... in General

Apparently, this post started the whole thing.

quote:
I wonder what it would be like to be one of the nephilim. I wouldn't mind having cat characteristics. Although eating mice would bother me. I would find it rather intriguing to be covered from head to toe in hair.

I'm not going to comment on what the sex would be like though. What I will say is that it would probably be wild. Ha, ha, ha, ha.

quote:
For personal reasons I will not comment any further. If I posted my true feelings on that topic, who knows what comments might ensue.

My reasons for not commenting can only be discovered through private messaging. I won't post it here because of a possible impending controversy.

Anyone messaging me will be sworn to secrecy as well. It might not be good for my image if I let any of my personal life get out onto the boards.
Now, as for the clothing thing, if I was a skinny, muscular Nephil, who is covered by a thick layer of hair, than why would I need clothes? I would be happy to show off my physique (I hope I am spelling that right). Wouldn't you?

Being a human gets boring after a while. You just get an urge to see what life is like for the other species.

I would probably never get used to the purring noises I would make while talking, though. But if some of the Nephils could correct that speech impediment, like a few were able to in the game, then so be it.
In the main quote parts, I was just thinking about what it would be like to be a Nephil for the topic I posted this under.

In the quote within a quote part, I was hinting to my being gay. At the time, I was too afraid to let it be known to everyone on the boards. I feared being persecuted because of it and so that's why I mentioned that if anyone wanted to know what I was hiding, they could PM me about it and I would tell them in secrecy.

With the way I had it worded, it doesn't surprise me that a rumor started. But when I told everyone that I was gay, some people saw that "my being gay" was what I was hinting to and understood why I was so secretive about it. With them, the rumor went no further.

However, some others thought I was hiding something else and concluded that I must be a furry. They saw how I was "apparently" obsessed with describing what being a Nephil might be like and hinting to something extremely private that would be very controversial if it became known.

But all I was doing was describing what being a Nephil might be like just for the topic.

That topic was, "Which race would you be?"

And Nephil, was my choice.

That's alright. :) As long as the rumor stops, I am fine. I thank those of you who had the courage to admit your part in it and to say your sorry about it. That is a very resposible thing to do and I appreciate it. We all make assumptions and mistakes in life. It just a part of our human nature.

Even Sherlock Holmes makes mistakes. :D

Now that the On the Tavern Front RP is finished, who does the next one belong to? I know people have been asking ahead of time for claim of the next RP. So someone is going to claim it. I just want to know who's turn it is?

What makes you think this is going on outside the boards? It was brought to my attention my a board member. On top of that, I was contacted today by someone who rarely visits the boards and asked point blank, "Are you that bisexual furry?"

When it gets to that, you know there is a rumor going around.

I have two of the names of believers and spreaders of the rumor, but my one friend advised me not to post them as it would be a very nasty thing to do.

I'll be damned if I am able to see what the management can do to help.

...And I want it put to a stop.

There is a rumor going around on this site that I am a Furry. I tell you now that I am not now, nor have I ever been a Furry. If it weren't for a friend defining it for me after discovering this rumor, I wouldn't even know what it means.

I find it disturbing that a single comment on my part could bring about such a widespread rumor.

I WANT IT PUT TO A STOP NOW!!!!

That is a very disgusting thought. I don't understand how such a rumor could get out of hand. But I have discovered that even some of the Mods on this site believe it. If this keeps up, I will begin revealing some of the names of the people who happen to enforcing it and spreading it.

I may be GAY, but I AM NOT A FURRY.

If it keeps up, I feel that I will have to leave this site. I like it here and don't want to leave. However, I may not have a choice after my reputation is destroyed. :(

And just what inconsistencies have I lain out? What makes you think I was going to make this a super powerful mage? You always jump to conclusions. Just sit back and leave me to my own writing. I never planned to make this mage take off on a side plot.

That is not how I work and is not what I am trying to do here. My objective is to give atmosphere to my character, Petoria, and give a name to the mysterious mage if possible. Not to use the mage as my own character and make it impossible to kill the mage. I don't specialize in God characters.

I am sorry, but I think like Sherlock Holmes. When I find a mystery, I prefer to solve it. I can't just stop what my character is doing, and have her do something else. I have nowhere else to go with my character at the moment in this plot. I will be careful about how I proceed, but I refuse to drop the mage issue. I promise you, though, that this will not get out of hand and that your character will remain both mysterious and your own.

Nuts, I should have celebrated when I hit 500 but I figured no one would care. Oh well. And I don't know this TGM person either. I say if you are going to change your name, leave some trace of who you used to be so I know who your are. I get lost easily. Plus I haven't been here long enough to know many of the people here that are called by their initials.

MSW is okay for me. However, I would rather be known as Sherlock. I am probably going to be haunted by the initials MSW for a long time.

Hey, who knows, maybe people will start calling me TGD when I hit 1,000. TGD - The Great Detective.
