Heh, yea I was just looking for it, but I couldn't locate it.

Anyway, many of us saw it. Others have noted that other publications quite frequently praise Spiderweb for it's independent works.

Seeing as I just got home from it (Charlotte, NC), I was wondering if anyone else had the chance to get in on this amazing tour near their hometowns.

I realize most of you hate this kind of music, but stick with me...

Hey... I like Love Hina. It's one of the few romantic comedies I can stand.

For some reason I relate to Keitaro. Getting pummeled by women due to poor sense luck - a common theme in my line of life.

I was gunna go with some witty reply involving several pornstars and supermodels, but I'll spare you all that one.

So I'll go with: Captain Kirk, Homestar Runner, Jeremy (from Pure Pwnage), and Jerry Seinfeld.

I think I win for "Most Interesting Conversation".

That's funny... I love beautiful women.

And strangely, I'm not afraid of heights. Or speaking in public. Or tight places. All of these are supposedly the most common phobias.

Arachnephobia... at least I think so.

I also have some weird thing about being touched (by other people) on my stomach area or my neck. I know, I know... no one likes being touched on the neck, but I'm especially weird about it.

I'm also, and I'm dead serious, hylephobic - the fear of materialism. Doctors say it's because of past experiences, poor ones involving materialistic people.

But it happens in movies all the time: one little foul up from Security Officer Billy and they find out. Now, not only does Bill get fired, but now we have self-aware clones savagely murdering their creators.

And government coverups can be costly of our tax dollars.

This is why I think it's a bad idea. How would you feel when you found out you weren't a real human, just a clone bred to give organs for this jerk when he gets sick.

Depressed? Sad? Angry?

I for one would be a tad, (how do you say)... pissed.

There are too many weird science-fiction things that could go wrong. I'd rather not deal with that.

I'm not big on saying it's morally wrong, but I just don't think it's the best idea. Sure, we could get fresh organs and stuff. But we created life... it's kinda like slavery. Except worse.

Don't start this civilians crap. Especially when talking about Japan in WW2. EVERY loyal Japanese citizen was an enemy. A land invasion was simply retarded, seeing as EVERY Japanese would be fighting with no surrender. Women, children, all of them. Then we lose countless troops. And then you morons blame our government for not dropping the bombs and saving our boys. It's an endless cycle because some people just can't seem to gauge the importance of destroying our enemy to save our own hides.

Draw your own parallels.

I have a number of incidents (incidenti?) involving the "supernatural", but I can't recall any specifically.

Pretty much anything involving spiders. I was putting on a shirt one time, and there was a spider in it. Needless to say I freaked out. Spiders are the only things that really do that to me, for some reason.

I also remember being startled stiff while playing Duke Nukem 3D (I know, right?). Nah, actually it was those little green slime things that crawl up you and start munching on your face. I couldn't ever bring myself to actually play the levels with that particular monster, so I'd put on cheat codes and cover the entire map with rockets. Those face-eaters just startled the living crap out of me.

And... getting arrested was pretty scary :P .

I was simply stating that he shouldn't use the term "Christian" to describe the beliefs. I'm aware of the broadness (hell, the Enron guys call themselves Christian, as did Bill Clinton, not to mention my ex-girlfriend), but sometimes it's just best to explain exactly what you mean instead of using a coined term.

Having said that, I personally have pretty much based my beliefs on the whole relationship thing around what I've grown up being told is right. That of course, is a Christian home. While I ignore the supernatural hub-bub, I tend to agree with the more philosophical areas. I realize this is unrelated to the current topic, but for some reason I felt the need to share it.

Returning to the problem, it's just as others have stated. It's all about trust. I, for one, happen to trust no one (or next to none, at least). Long distance relationships would NEVER work for me, especially with my odd need to spend loads of time with my significant other. Others don't have this need, therefore we're incompatible. We might like eachother, and say we're committed, but eventually that all just goes down the drain.

And on other days, I agree with Thuryl.
