I wasn't thinking along the "I'm being controlled by mind power" lines. I was thinking more like "I must try to right to wrongs I've cuased, even though I can't fix them all I must try" thingy.

I don't want to talk about it to much for fear of giving away to much info on my baby...I mean my scenerio...=P I hope my idea works out for the best.

I'm a long way from this point but how do you beta test a scenerio you made? You know, to make sure the bugs are worked out and all (yes I know you know). And do it without everyone getting a copy and ruining the master plan of putting out the best scenerio you can for others to enjoy.

Yes, all I want is to make a game others play and then say, "wow, that was fun, lets eat." Or something like that.

Like I said, I'm a long ways away from this(maybe 5 months to a year).

What if the villian joins you in the end?(or middle) You know what I'm talking about, turning from the dark side to the light side.

How original is this idea? I'd like to know cause i'm using it in my scenerio and if it's really over used then I'll try something else.

Nice article. It gave me some more insight to a problem I'm having. I found that is hard to mix all three and a few other element together it make a real life enviroment. Even harder when its your first try at making a scenario. But its coming out better then I had hoped. Maybe I'll be done by the time I'm fifty. =o

Once more thanks for the article, it has helped answer questions I didn't even know I had.

[QUOTE] [a variant of Magic crossed with Monopoly]

Wow, if your friend can't pay the cost of a hotel, you can just bow them away with a fireball or have an Ashen Firebeast eat them for only the cost of one red mana. No need to go to jail anymore. I like this game.

Anyone ever play Battle Tech or Mech Warroir? The original board and paper games. I remember those days. I still think my brothers were cheapskates. They total killed me off. (They say it was payback for desamating thier dropship. I think they were just scared of me. But anywho, they ganged up and I was no match for thier power and lost everything. It was a bloody day and I died but I made them pay in regiments.)

The great thing about these kinda games is that you can forget yourself and just play the game, you become that game in a sense. I don't know, maybe its just me.

D&D is a great game. Some of those stories are rare. I alway get together with my buds and play on fridays untill we all pass out from to much mountain dew. I think its way fun.

I also play magic. I've have yet to win a compitition but I keep playing. I am feared by my freinds with my elf deck. Yah!

After saying that, I need a life.

I enjoy all the old movies. Pink Panther, Three Stooges, Citizan Cain, Casablanka...the works.

I have always studied older films, the stars, and how the movies where made. Being in the movie prodution end of life, this is all really important to me.

The thing with movies of the past is I can relate to them. I can see me playing that part in the movie. I can see it happening to me in real life.
With movies of today, I just cant relate. Me as Daredevil? No way. I don't see me drag racing some junky looking car down LA nether.

The thing is that I need to conect with the movie and the older films have a way of doing that for me. Most films nowadays and just "B" movies; made for the flash and the "wow" rather then the moral of what needs to be said.

They just seem to have a plotline because the writer needed some way to link all the fighting and killing and adult themes together. Those things are suposta add to the plotling, not be that plotline. They should only help get the moral across.

I just need something that means something. When I look back, I don't think of Dumb and Dumber, I think of Citizan Cain. I think of Rosebud, the Rosebud that is in my life, That is something that I can relate to. It's something that touches me.

Now that I sound like the crazed lunitic that I am, I'll go to bed

Does Karma really matter that much? All it is is stars under your name. They might have had a point but in the end they're just stars. Kinda reminds me of a childrens story about how giving stars and dots doesn't matter cuase in the end it's that we belive in ourself that counts. Not what other think.

Anyone know what story I'm talking about? I really like that story, I going to go to B&N and buy it.

Shyguy, thats a great idea. If it works can I use it for some of my scenarios?

( Gets part two of his scenario in his head befor he finishes part one )

It would work out good for me and my plans. Moowahaa <--evil laugh

Yah I'v seen Bowen around but this is the first time I've seen you post. I lost my lurkyness after my first post on this topic and now I can't seem to stop posting. I miss being a lurker, I miss reading things and not ever posting on anything.

But times change and I don't.

I'm making up a scenario on paper right now and can't wait for BoA to be ported to see if I can get what I want from the new scenario editer. =P I'm just so excited that I've left lurking for BoA. Oh well, when its out you wont hear from me for a couple of years. A good thing when you think about it.

Untill then, I shall post on.

I've noticed that Alorael has two member status(that I know of) that are Blademaster and Postmaster. Does anyone else have this on thier member status? And how do I get the coolness of having two?

Mac or PC? in General

The main thing I like about Mac is that it is what video editing is done on. Yes you can do it on a PC but its just a hasle to do so. You go to college and you'll find all the video is done on Mac's. And yes you can fill a tera, go into the video production's end of life and you'll do it all the time.

Me, I like both PC and Mac. I have an emac for all of my video fun and use the PC for close to everything else. One thing about Mac: it has EV, EVO and EVN. The one thing about PC: EV, EVO and EVN got ported to windows.

Wow, I'm a loser. I'm going to go play a game. =P

I just have to ask all the mac users out there, I's it cool? Is it so cool that I need to by a new mac cuase my old one gathers dust in the corner cuase it's so slow it has problems runing the original Exile's. If you say yes I get a new mac (I really hope to).

What so cool about the game and all. Tell us people who are traped in the windows world!

But really what is lurking?
