When I said I'm doing everything by myself, my point wasnt that I'm some sort of elitist gamer, relying only what my own hands can achieve, but because I want nothing to do with any of the damn dickheads that litter the worlds. Hence me mentioning why I also keep public chat set on friends only.
*grumbles* I hate forced interaction games. >.<

Hmm. I use the tip.it site. Any notable differences?

Also, ^ I agree, but won't say more on that subject because it's late and I'm going to sleep.

Also, because I want to, my stats. Compare all you want. :\

River fishing. A good place for training fishing is near Lumbridge, because there's a river fishing spot and a chicken farm, and trees so you can cook them too. But you need.. I don't remember, more than ten for that? As in the level. I forget.

Are we going to go over our levels now? I'm 39, but I'd have to check on specifics with the rest. I know that with the exception of ranging, which is 10 I think, all are above 20 at least.

But played it enough to be level 12 already..

Anyway, I pretty much agree with you now, so nevermind, I suppose.

EDIT: You. Down there. You don't know how long he played to get to level 12 when he got me playing, and neither do I because he didn't tell me, but all we know he could've been playing for one day, and I sure didn't get to level 12 on my first time. Or second. So shut it.

Looks like I'll have to log on myself someday soon. Not today.. because there's no time, and not tomorrow.. because there's no time. Possible on tuesday, if I wake up early.. Wednesday I'll be busy again. Damn work. Thursday? Nope, busy.
Hmm. :\ Friday? I think I'll have time on friday. We'll see.

You might want to check out Schro's walkthrough on that to see if you've done everything, but I don't think there was anything special in the center. It just makes you ill.

No, I.. er. Showed them to him. :\

Because I'm a big tease. *pout*

I mean, that was my intention. Mention towel pictures in picture threads, and then wait for someone to ask what they are, just so I could say "You'll never know exactly, but just so you know, they are very interesting. :P "

Silly boys always ruin my fun. :/

You saved them? You actually saved them? The hell? Why? It's just me in a towel, they weren't that.. revealing. You couldn't possibly gain anything, anything at all, from having them on your harddrive. Admit it!

Not to break up the surely very fascinating conversation going on in here, but how about some more pictures? I'd gladly put up some of me, if they weren't so heinous compared to all the other lovelies. Mind you, that's just when considering your tastes, which I don't hold very high. ^^

Equinox. There were at least 6 different versions of the same game, when I last saw them. I preferred to play the 5th. It was a simple hack'n'slash game, lots of mindnumbing clicking, no pictures. I often stopped playing it for months, but every now and then I made a new character and played some. It was.. special. :\

I'm one of the people here who change their monikers, though I do it less/more often than others. They usually portray something I've felt like I wanted to somehow express.. um, feelings and stuff. Except the feelings only last about a day or so. I try to come up with names I don't mind using longer.

But I'm known (I should be known! Shame on you if you don't! :P ) as Riibu around here, and pretty much anywhere else I'm registered. Except Xanga. I think Riibu was taken. Damn thieves.

I made it up when I first got a personal computer and found out my first internet game. It seemed fun and I wanted to join and of course it asked for a user name. I didn't want to use my own name, so I either made one that reminded my own name, or I used one of my character names. If I used a character name (possibly Agath, but I'm not sure), I made up Riibu later when I registered some 10 more accounts. I was pretty into the game, back then... ^^ Unfortunately it's gone now.
Aaand.. it doesn't mean anything, though it seems to be a Japaneses nickname. Or not, it' just something I've vaguely heard.

... no, that would be insulting. I'll say nothing. ^

I'll add that I'm Riibu over there, but I won't be logging in for a while. I won't play it on my own computer, you see. Too slow. The playing numbs the brain, and same goes if I try to play some AdventureQuest. I have to go use my mother's computer, and I can do that only when she's not around. That's basically no time for me, because I'm away when she's away, and I'm here when she's here. Work, and.. life in general. Anyway.

Anyone feel free to add me. I usually try to reside in world 81 or 82, depending on how crowded they are.

RuneScape is an FIORPG (others would say MM) and generally I hate them. I play it, but I only started some weeks ago, and I haven't logged in for about a week now. It's not so bad; sure, 99% of all players are complete idiots, but I usually have public chat turned off so they don't bother me. Mm, and trade too. I avoid other players as much as I can. Shield of Arrav quest? That took a while, mostly because I refused to just go and ask someone to help me out. I don't know them, dammit, and I want nothing to do with them.

Anyway.. it would be better if people actually played, instead of hoarding on everything possible. I mean how hard is it to share? I have a rune pick, but I never hoard more stones if there's someone else wanting to pick as well, even if they only have an iron, or even a bronze pick. I don't need more stones. I'll fill my inv sooner or later, and there will be time.

Admit it, if people valued common courtesy and politeness there, that game would rock.
Since they don't... Well. Gaming goodness which would in other circumstances bring forth mirth and merriment turns into frustration for being bullied by dicks with better picks. Or something else. Fancier equipment. Higher levels, especially. And etc. :\

But Alex, I can't. I promised myself to wait until I'm ready for that. I've not yet started a single topic in general. I plan to, eventually, but it will be for a special occasion. Something akin to what TM has, but not exactly because I do it in my own way. Anyway, that's a long way off, still. Moniker changes will be a part of it, but it will cover all those topics which I'm not going to make, ever, for example post count milestones. "I reached 1000 posts? Feh."

Also, Alo, I'm too polite for that. Anyway, I'm still sort of afraid of posting and more or less accidentally changing the topic or something else, because I still tend to think of these forums the way they were when I was new. And then get disappointed because they're not. I miss those bad old days. :\

EDIT: That's it. I need to rant some.

About post count topics. I mean they're like a celebratory topic for a single post, which somehow made the poster special.

Poster: "Look at me, I posted! I am significant!"

Everyone else: "Yes, you are! Way to go, make one more! C'mon! :) "

Poster: "Lookie, I posted more! Man, I am so the best member here ever!"

Everyone else:" Yes you are! You're the bestest ever, really! Congratulations for your post! We appreciate you!"

What are you people, blind and stupid? The cause for the 'significant' post count was one single post. Post counts change. There's no need to celebrate one post, because you have to admit: that's just spam and nothing else. And you do acknowledge it! "I know this is spam, but I just posted my 100th post, yay me!" And you let it slide like nothing.

And those newbie topics. I mean, they post something about themselves and expect to be loved and all that, but honestly. Most often these are people we've never heard from before and never seen to do anything useful, and yet.. you love them. You don't know them! They could turn out to be complete idiots and useless spammers, but you'll just welcome them here, because gosh darn, that's the nice thing to do.

The nice.. Back when I joined there wasn't so much n00bnonsense being tolerated. It got nuked down hard enough, unless it was amusing, in which case we'd allow it, but the probability of locking was always behind there. Nowadays it's just that everyone's gotta be given an equal chance and all sorts of crap.

Not that some people don't try to bring back some of the old charm, but with no one else complying, it just makes them seem kind of pathetic. I mean, everyone will look at that offending post and think "We don't that anymore", in a condescending way. Some mod will come along getting all authoritative, except they're not, shaking in the Big Boots and saying "Now, if you can't behave, you're going out, you hear? Now, I'm not going to repeat this again, so you just listen and be nice, okay?" So scared!

All we need now is to turn those spiders from the logo into smiling suns, and the transformation to boring will be complete. Also, the motto will be
Turn that frown
upside down!
:) :) :) :) :) :) :)
A perfect new Tim for you. Eevryone will have that in their signature and all members will slowly descend into vaguely smiling zombies. Everyone will be happy then, right? You even have that plan as the welcome. Lobotomy...

My god, it's already happening. I uncovered a conspiracy. O_o

I think my plan to be more active isn't about topping everyone else and getting to the first place. I know I'm not that much of a poster and never been. I only want to beat a certain person, and that shouldn't be too hard, because he's not that near the top. If only you people talked about something interesting.

I'd love to share my opinion on things (and raise my post count), but the topics always start so dull and uninteresting. And later when the direction of the talk takes a change into something more worthwhile, I don't know about it, because I haven't been reading the topic in the first place. When I finally take a look at the topic because I'm bored, I notice I missed an excellent chance for some .. pondering and all that.

That's why I post so little. Even though I claim to read topics and to be a lurker, I really am not that much. Huh. But still.. the subjects of topics often are rather uninteresting, I stand by that. So it's not my fault I have to lurk and be quiet.

Also, that's one today, and not so very spammy, because that's something I've wanted to say for a while. Although I probably have said it at times before. I forget. :\

Not even 10 posts this time. That's about 2 posts per week, isn't it? More or less. I need to work on this. More action, dammit!

One post every day for the coming couple of weeks, at least, but not complete spam. There should be some kind of content.. I may have to break some promises I've made for myself. :\
