okay ive been through this place and killed everything ,ive aquired a bone baton i believe it was called, but whats the point to the place all the stones in the center do is make you feel sick

is there something else im missing?

You might want to check out Schro's walkthrough on that to see if you've done everything, but I don't think there was anything special in the center. It just makes you ill.
