I don't know if this has been mentioned, but did anyone read the article in the latest PC gamer about Spidweb Software? They had a full page on it, and some quotes from Jeff. It was great to read. That was the first thing I read as soon as the new mag came in a few days ago. I was like... "Spiderweb!!! YAY!!!" It was highly complimentary to the company and to the games, which I was glad to see. It was an interesting article. Did anyone else see it? If no one did I could post it on here later if you want to read it. [edit: sorry, i just realized that someone had indeed already made a topic with this title. my bad!] [ Friday, January 09, 2004 08:18: Message edited by: HolyHandGrenade ] -------------------- "Never think twice about something if the first time you thought about it you thought you were thinking about it twice when really it was just once, and never think about something once unless there's money involved." --The Mad Hatter's Deceaced Wife Posts: 59 | Registered: Wednesday, June 26 2002 07:00 |

I didn't really figure it would count. Although one time in Avernum, I murdered an entire town and then saved it, so I suppose that counts for something. :) -------------------- "Never think twice about something if the first time you thought about it you thought you were thinking about it twice when really it was just once, and never think about something once unless there's money involved." --The Mad Hatter's Deceaced Wife Posts: 59 | Registered: Wednesday, June 26 2002 07:00 |

And I'll only be gone a grand total of 6 days. -------------------- "Never think twice about something if the first time you thought about it you thought you were thinking about it twice when really it was just once, and never think about something once unless there's money involved." --The Mad Hatter's Deceaced Wife Posts: 59 | Registered: Wednesday, June 26 2002 07:00 |

Well, I never save it after I kill them. I just get bored sometimes and wipe out a whole town, killing everything in sight, and then grabbing their loot. Does that count? :P -------------------- "Never think twice about something if the first time you thought about it you thought you were thinking about it twice when really it was just once, and never think about something once unless there's money involved." --The Mad Hatter's Deceaced Wife Posts: 59 | Registered: Wednesday, June 26 2002 07:00 |

Terminator 2 and 3(1 sucked) Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail(I think that goes without saying) Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure(I just love seeing Keanu act like an idiot) Spiderman(can't wait for the second) Bruce Almighty Pirates of the Caribbean The Sherlock Holmes series, starring Jeremy Brett(these are amazingly well done, if you happen to like SH, you'll love these: I just bought the entire set for Christmas) Young Frankenstein(hilarious) The Princess Bride(again, hilarious) Robin Hood: Men in Tights(very hilarious) Mission Impossible Minority Report Those are all I can think of at the moment. If you haven't seen any of them, do.

Mine, of course, comes from everyone's favorite movie: Monty Python and the Holy Grail. But you already knew that, right? :P Or, it could also be said to have come from the PC/MAC Worms 2 and the new Worms 3D, which also include this terrifying weapon in tribute to the greatest of cinematic masterpieces.

I heard about it thi morning in church. I was like... "Really?" and then I was like "That's hilarious!" I can't have any pity on him. As a friend of mine said once: "They need to dress him in patriotic underwear with a slit in the back, put him in a cage, and unleash 10 gay men on him." That always struck me as somehow fitting, although I wouldn't want to see it happen personally.

Definently buy the game. Although it is different that Jeff's other games, so I advise trying the demo first, if you haven't already. It is a very good game. -------------------- "Never think twice about something if the first time you thought about it you thought you were thinking about it twice when really it was just once, and never think about something once unless there's money involved." --The Mad Hatter's Deceaced Wife Posts: 59 | Registered: Wednesday, June 26 2002 07:00 |

hmm.. a sci-fi might be interesting. Having lazer guns and blasters... running around on alien planets...
