Tomorrow, untold numbers of poultry will be crammed into stooves, ovens, pots, pans, microwaves, faces. These unfortunate avians will then be grasped with gluttonous fingers of millions of Augustus Gloops, and crammed into mouths. I do prefer the other white meat to turkey, but there's still a lot of love for turkey in my heart. I would also posit that a turkey doesn't need to be brined or marinaded, so long as you use an oven bag - keeps the moisture in, and makes the whole process much, much easier.
