That was for the 8th Blades of Avernum Contest, and it was private for the duration of judging. When the contest was over, *i tried to turn it back into a public forum, so everyone could see the deliberations (which made sense). However, UBB deleted all the topics after it was made public (which made no sense). I don't know about the other forums. -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. quote:When a new forum was created (I believe it was the one for Avernum 4), the secret forums were deleted and the BoA Editor forum was semi-merged with the Blades of Avernum forum. It was brought to Jeff's attention that the BoA Editor Forum had disappeared, and he unmerged it. At least, I think that's how it happened. -------------------- quote: Posts: 1115 | Registered: Sunday, May 15 2005 07:00 |

The invisible forums (the old Geneforge and Geneforge 2 Forums) were deleted when the Geneforge 4 Forum was created, not the Avernum 4 Forum, but other than that, Dikiyoba thinks that's accurate. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Yes, we wanted to develop a cult that dwelled in the hidden forums, but they were discontinued. They weren't linked to, but you could type in the addresses. -------------------- Bring back TM or DIE. To spread the hype, as well as cause your crush's name to appear on the screen, copy this into your signature. For a while there was a thread that mentioned the hidden forums and provided links to them. They got removed and the links no longer work. It provided a secret place to build up post counts without being seen. Posts: 4643 | Registered: Friday, February 10 2006 08:00 |

Ooh! And I make another stupid comment before I quote; in this case Thuryl said it. quote:That's a rather interesting interpretation. I've failed to see the connection though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ha you democrats! democrat : (n) an adherent or advocate of democracy, esp. one who believes in or practices social equality. I would be proud to call myself a democrat. Less so inclined to call myself a Democrat. Is there some subtle difference in pronunciation? -------------------- quote: Posts: 4114 | Registered: Monday, April 25 2005 07:00 |

Unless you're a speaker of Greek, I don't know of any exceptions to the American pronunciation. - - May Wikipedia exist for as long as mortal earth does. quote:Freedom! Libertarianism is the best concept that sprouted from the Enlightenment. In this case, Libertarianism is strongly influenced by John Locke's Social Contract Theory . -------------------- WWJD?
