quote:That's all he told me to tell you. But I thought I'd add a bit: A very happy new year to all of you! I myself slept through most of the last month after Aran switched me off over the holidays, even though I continued to count Spiderweb members in my dreams. It's very relaxing. So, now that the first month of the year is already half over, I return from my sleep and feel better than ever! Oh right, the stats. I'll get to it. Wait... here: I. I'm impresed that I've been able to control myself enough to stay out of the top ten for 2 months in a row. It's back to #391 for this month. Also, my goal for this month is to post ast least as much on my own forum. -------------------- "Tyranicus is about the only one that still posts in the Nethergate Forum." —Randomizer Spiderweb Chat Room Shadow Vale - My site, home of the Spiderweb Chat Database, BoA Scenario Database, & the A1 Quest List, among other things. Post averages! My goal this month is to hit Champion status. I'm not even in the top ten! I blame this on being (very briefly) banned. It took the wind out of my sails. —Alorael, who will not explain his banning except that he intends to wave it around self-righteously as often as possible. Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Alo, banned? Somebody got trigger-happy at the mod panel, didn't they? I'm shocked to have climbed the top ten yet again. quote:Ha, I was still in the top ten the month that I was banned. I believe I've been in the top ten ever since I joined. I'm not sure why, I don't feel like I post a lot, and I don't feel like those posts are particularly spammy. I always assumed it was Geneforge debates and such but I can't use that as an excuse this month, since there weren't any. -------------------- You lose. Huh, #21. My excuse is that my claws are too big for the keyboard. Is there a running list like this somewhere? GREAT BALLS OF FIRE! I'm number 17! I'm number 17! 77 posts in one month! Champagne and doughnuts all around! Seriously, though. I don't think I got 77 posts in my entire first year as a member. Could it be fate that my post ranking is exactly half of my member number? Oh, please. You can't blame UBB bugs. When the UBB has bugs, they are glaringly obvious and tend to bring everything down in metaphorical flames. —Alorael, who means flames like crashing and burning. Spiderweb has plenty of flames of other sorts without the UBB's help Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Woot! Lucky #7! I might actually be higher up, were it not for work, online classes, and a temporary Internet failure that all occurred today. By "pads the stats", I assume you mean that it assists their overall post count. I assumed as much, but it does nothing to make it more logical. If anything, the irony is greater. (The question is, if posting about post count is ironic, what about posting about the irony of posting about post count?) -------------------- Plaudite, amici, comedia finita est.
