Outrunning Trajkov in Geneforge Series

You need to de-activate one of the spirals in order to destroy the Geneforge. I just blow them all up for fun. And I usually try to kill Trajkov by setting off a spiral right before he enters the room.

Just so you know, Mr. Ringer, the nearest landmass to Sucia Isle is Ilya Province, closest settlement is probably Dillame.

And yes, I agree with you on a possible event with the Sucia chain. could be interesting. . .

Has anyone given much thought to re-creating some of the older Geneforge games with G3 or G4 graphics?

Ideas for Geneforge. . .Excellent! I have a billion!
Here are top three. . .

1. Broken swords can be fixed with an ordinary anvil, mechanics skill of 5, and bar of iron.
2. unlimited variety and number of creations.
3. More trainers (like Hawthorne in G3)

Save some essence for healing spells like minor heal. If you have even a little Healing Craft, the essence you have saved should be enough to cut directly to the Shaper's camp (Beseiged Camp). Or, stock up on healing/essence pods on Dhonal's Isle beforehand.

Sorry, corrupt files were the first thing on my mind when this happened after the upgrade. Also, I had previously used a utility called Activity Monitor to shut down all un-needed processes. Oh, and my laptop is a G3 iBook, somewhere between 6-8 years old.

I would advise against the editors, I have noticed that they seem to make everything run very fast in terms of how quickly the characters walk. Even on torment, it is far to easy to beat the game with this extra speed.

I have recently upgraded to Mac OS 10.4.7 (Hold your applause), and Geneforge 3 is running so slowly that it is pointless to play it any more. G1 is fine, G2 is fine. However, unless I find a way to get G3 to run faster, I am stuck without it until I purchase a more powerful laptop. Suggestions, anyone?

Maybe create one or two assistants and improve missile/melee weapons, along with anatomy and quick action. I wish anatomy was kept on into G3. . .

I agree, I saw the stats for the Oozing Blade. Rotting Touch is pretty nice, I saw a bit of it with my team of rotghroths. Thanks!

Also, my Guardian does use the Guardian Claymore, but I prefer the Elemental Blades and their side effects. Has anyome else noticed that the Claymore does more damage in G1 than in G3?

I know where to get the Frozen and Flaming Blades. The Oozing Blade remains an enigma. I can get it for Alwan, but not for my Guardian. Does anyone know anything about its location?
