You might want to try Arcanum, it is similar to Fallout, but I never got very far in the game myself. Baldur's Gate II is nice, and there are lots of mods to play around with. And even more coming. Most of the games I have played have already been mentioned. If you feel like playing MMO's, then sucks to be you.
