They're not random. They make perfect sense... to the admin that handed it out. :P

It's more of a figurative club than a literal one, upon mars. And it doesn't involve anything more than being unsatisfied by the G4 geneforge and occasionally complaining about it.

Mountain of Shadows is less of an inside joke and more of a role-play. It's not a bad read (except for a few places), either.

Argh. Dikiyoba just realized that Delicious Vlish was revived from anti-helium without the antimatter machine. Um... those mages must be getting really good.

It's a separate graphic, so I removed it and created a replacement for it.

Thank you for removing the worm reference/link, upon mars. I can understand what you are saying now.

Anyway, the answer is no, unless the Shaper happens to be named Dikiyoba. :D

Sorry, Diki, that post was poorly written. I was disagreeing with your statement that dinosaurs in a fantasy setting would be tempting in the least.
But you don't have strange obsession with dinosaurs. I was just making sure I wasn't biased against crocodiles somehow.

Well, because Rakshasi are always rare and the nephilim have been mostly rounded up and dumped in Avernum.

Although since Dikiyoba plays A3 with nephilim in the party, "big felines" technically do go all over the place. :P

It wouldn't be enough to make Dikiyoba stop playing, but Dikiyoba wouldn't really like it.

It all depends on the size of the balloon, the willingness of the baboon, and where you rub the balloon on the baboon.

There should be a room with several blue stones and control panels around somewhere. The panels should be another puzzle to turn the blue stones into the three colors you need.

I've had a few problems with monsters teleporting in BoA's VoDT (mostly just jumping towards me 10 spaces or so during their turn in outdoor combat), but not anywhere else.

Typo fixed, Fatman. It's all resolved now, as far as I'm concerned. :P

Also, Chapter 34: The Third Faction

Two updates in one day. Yippee!

Edit: Although Dikiyoba forgot to update the Appearances page. Edit 2: Fixed.

I'd complain about a complete lack of map, but I got tired of waiting, so I took matters into my own hands.

Dikiyoba made Dikiyoba's own map. The rest of you still have to complain. :P

Let's just say that those aren't always the references I was intending and I don't have a set pattern in mind. But there's really no correct answer, so go right on ahead seeing a pattern.

What is a crocolisk? Just a different kind of basilisk, or was it more like a crocodile?

Originally by Dintiradan:

quote:
Sorry, but dinosaurs in a fantasy setting are not something I enjoy. That, and my instinctive dislike of any creature that has a Swallow Whole ability.
That what Dikiyoba said. Dikiyoba said no to the crocodiles and then no to dinosaurs.

There were tigers in Canopy, if I remember correctly.

But there's plenty of giant reptiles already in existence; crocodiles just aren't necessary. Besides, finding a group of them wandering about isn't very realistic and they would probably be used that way.

Would Dikiyoba say this if the question was about dinosaurs instead of crocodiles? It would be tempting, but the answer would still be no.

G4 is probably not the last game in the series, and we don't know which ending or endings will be used because we don't know what the next game looks like yet. If any of that was what you were asking.

Heck, Dikiyoba doesn't even know what the G4 endings are. Dang PC.

They probably could make one as powerful, now that they have a pattern to build off of. They built powerful ones in G2 and G3, didn't they?

It's kind of funny. It's just not relevant.

Anyway, Dikiyoba believes that we really should have seen iPods coming, given that pods already existed in the series.

I think Alorael was talking about the total number of karma votes per month, not per individual. Nice individuals rack up karma votes slowly by being here either a long time or a lot (or both). Offensive individuals rack up karma votes quickly by being stupid and then leaving/getting banned.

Okay, Dikiyoba is now curious how the numbers play out. Tracking and archiving karma is a very good idea.

Edit: Added quote.

Chapter 33: Perfection

The bad news is, this is a short chapter. The good news is, this story is going to take longer to resolve than Dikiyoba thought.
