It looks like I missed a lot of religions. Maybe I'll just re-do the poll...

Alorael has threatened, although he's never made good on the threat (*wink*), to edit the posts of anyone who posts "IBTL".

Too bad the movies were so awful. If I want to spend an hour watching children stare vacantly, I can just go to school.

You did this with scripts, right? Why not just undo it?

I suspect that I am clueless.

Edit: Okay, now I get it. Because "English" is the term which describles an irregular spin on a billiards ball. And here I was, looking for something clever or hard.

No. I don't want to know. Or maybe I do. Well... No, I don't! I do! I can't decide!

I'll make a compromise: I don't want to know, but tell me anyway.

Looks like a bit of organic matter, like collected dust or wax, lodged into the hair of the bat.

In other news, I used to put my birds with clipped wings on the floor and watch them crawl up my leg while I played chess. So cute.

About half of this is *i's fault for necro'ing threads, but he's an admin and so may do whatever he damn well pleases.

Anyway, just after Aran posted the latest stats everyone got worked up into a frenzy over posts. Then everyone slowly calmed down. Now, however, there's been an explosion of new posts which may not even have been matched by A4's first few weeks.

If we can just do this every few days, I think we might surpass any records I've seen (and cared to examine dilligently). So, how about the rest of you? Do you plan on joining in? Do you think we can keep it up? Or are you just going to be lame and watch from the sidelines?

I sometimes have this problem when I get the file name for a graphic wrong. Have you ensured that the script and the file are both correctly labeled? Is there a "G" before 539 in the name of the file?

According to Aran, as I understand it, the IP wasn't the same one OM used to evade his original ban. But this could easily be explained by OM moving or using a public computer.

OM has trolled before, right? And I know he's called for the unbanning of TM. He knew who TGM, Aran, *I, TM, Ed, and so on were. It's definitely an older member, and acted in a manner which emulated OM. What evidence is there that the troll wasn't OM?

Especially since of other two most likely candidates, -X- and XxX, -X- seems like a nice enough, if not overly enthusiastic, member and XxX could barely communicate through written language.

You realize that that definition (among many other common ones) could be argued to include the USA Army?

Yes, it gives away much more than was previously common knowledge. So if you haven't read the article yet, consider yourself spoiler-warned.

Bah. At least we know for sure that they're one of the two. Once they start switching names, we're done for.

If you take elements from Geneforge and Avernum and make a profit, Jeff Vogel will eventually find out. Jeff Vogel will then sue you for all the money you made. Since you'll have no money and some costs, you'll be in trouble. It's better if you just think creatively.

-X-, you're starting to remind me of someone. He came to these boards, got all interested, and became well-known as a quirky but harmless person. Then he became too attached to the boards. He had breakdowns on the boards, incited and returned flames, and got about ten topics locked. He was eventually banned. Then he came back without permission, and were banned again. And again. Etc.

It's better to be a faceless noobie than to be an infamous idiot who is scorned by everyone. Stop what you are doing. You will earn no respect by acting the way you act. You will probably also eventually get into administrational trouble, although it's not my business or inclination to say anything about such things.

Note that using up the wand's charges in no way prevents you from completing the quest; the wand can be turned in completely depleted (with "X" charges) for a full reward.

I used to have six lovebirds, all from two parent birds. But then two of the younger ones were stung by some spider or wasp or something, and they both died. Since then I've started to pay more attention to my birds and I have to say, they do some pretty interesting things.
