Oh, dear. How we have degenerated. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Haze, never apologize in an extremely emotional manner, or express self-pity here. After Ed, those won't be tolerated. And you're living on borrowed English. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

Horrible change of topic, Haze. You need to practice. Presumably, if the canisters change the DNA, the child may be born with the abilities of the parent. Gah, that would be awful. Imagine little six year olds running around with the ability to cast aura of flames. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. It was the first in it's series, and that's close enough. Nethergate's still better, though. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

Pleasure? The closest Jeff's games got to retribution for your evil deeds was the Reputation system. It should be reinstated, and with the possibility of negatives. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Well, you should still buy the manual, just because the more money Jeff has, the better games he gives us. Plus, the manual has more things than just a recipe list in it. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Dikiyoba is FEMALE. The name is, admittedly, misleading, but we've drilled it into enough heads! Learn from context! Oh. No #4? Well, one potential chapter is better than none. The Doctor still won't be in it, though. He will not let hope latch it's deadly tentacles around him. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Good! The Doctor would hate to have an number of chapters not dictated by base ten. But. . . *resumes dramatic courtroom tone* Will there be another Episode? -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

So, Dikiyoba, yes or no? Will we have another Episode, or is The Doctor doomed to invisibility forever? He is anyway, but another episode would be nice. Being caught evil is beyond a doubt a sign of stupidity, or at least bad luck. But being unjustly labeled evil depends on who is doing the labeling. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

Yes, Tactics Online has different armor levels for each side. It would be a very good idea, and Dexterity could increase the armor you have when attacked from behind. And you could have increased hit chances. It would also provide a nice way of keeping the AP special attacks balanced. I mean, if The Doctor uses his 8 AP doom-attack, he might do better damage, but this enemy has excellent Parrying, so he'll step around back. There shouldn't be an ability tree, so to speak. It seems too arbitrary and not very original. The Doctor would prefer if the skills had to be bought from trainers, like spells. They wouldn't be nearly as numerous, of course, maybe only six to ten, most of them with a status effect and little to no damage. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Drakons and Gazers must be exterminated. They are too egotistical and power-hungry to be trusted with life. They would never rest until the Shapers were dead or enslaved. Thankfully, they are utterly inferior to Shaper ingenuity. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |
