It's there inside the Comprehensive BoE Walkthroughs. All three scenarios are listed in the database and all three will take you to the download page. Here's the direct link for the page though.

lost_king scenarios

Edit: Hey Bain, since you've played through them all can you tell me how many towns and outdoor sections they have. I had it on my list to do because there wasn't an easy way for others to get them till now... but since you've already played them you can tell me, right?

Yep, that's the idea. I know that the url's are a bit tricky, but when I tried to copy/paste them without the comma at the end, the board would automatically shorten the url and put periods (...) in the middle making it more difficult to copy into the Alexandra submission form. This way may be annoying but it keeps all the characters of the url showing for accuracy.

My brother-in-law has been instituted a couple of times. The first before my sister met him, the second after their oldest child turned six. The episode that sent him the second time involved the doctors giving him the wrong medicine causing him to believe the end of the world was coming. He'd stand outside in the middle of the night waiting to be raptured. He was also incresingly verbally abusive. My mother went over to help my sister with her 4 kids and he called her the Devil because she told the kids they didn't have to do something he had told them to do. When they took all the kids a few blocks away to another grandma's house to stay the night, he came over, grabbed the oldest kid (only six) and made him run in bare feet through the snow and ice back to their house. The police finally got involved then.

They got him back on the right medication and he's better now. If your sister won't go to the doctor or take medication, then all you can do is stay on your guard and wait for her to do something that endangers herself or others. From experience, no one will do anything until then. They are just as afraid of being sued for infringing on your sister's rights as you are afraid of her doing someone harm.

Tell everyone you trust about your concerns, they can help you moniter her behavior. If you're part of a church let them know. Most churches are just waiting for the opportunity to minister. You may only get prayer or you may get volunteers to come over and spend time with your sister and dad to help watch. The more people who witness her trying to do harm the better. The police might not get involved if there is only one and she denies it.

Anyways, good luck with getting her the help she needs.

They're up. Click on any of the three titles to get to the download page. All three are in one zip, only 107KB.

ps. Enjoy... or, er... don't.

This is the BoE forum. :P I haven't bought BoA yet and I don't relish the idea of making 3D graphics, or designing in script. I don't know if I'll ever switch to BoA. I'd rather wait for Pyg.

Yes, TM, Frame Animation just like The Creator explains it in his Animations utility. (I feel you have no confidence in my ability to create a descent scenario as a first try.) And the 'stairway bug' as in the tendency for a stairway node to immediately call a special in the town you are entering if it is on the same square as the stairway node used to get to the town.
Drizzt's page explains it.

What do you call it?

LD: I don't know if it's more the challenge or the book that I love. I tell you though, the most challenging part of it is trying to concentrate on it with all my kids. Three times my two year old has just closed the editor when I got up to do something else. Luckilly it's always been saved, but one of these times it won't be.

(and you've eaten my brain twice... cut it out!)

I'm doing Redwall first. Salamandastron is later in the series and I like to do things in order. I've got the layout of the Abbey done for three levels of it anyway. It took me a while to figure out how to beat the stairway bug. At present I am working on some Frame Animation. I have dialogues written for all the characters for the first day of exploration. I'm no where near done but I think it's a good start. Maybe I'll give you a sneak preview when the Abbey's first day is complete. You are my motivation after all.

Yeah! There'd be a lot more scenarios with at least half-descent plots.

I always think in pictures. It becomes a hastle sometimes because when I want to convey a thought I have to convert what I'm thinking into words. I often can't remember the word that would describe what I'm picturing the best, so it takes me a long time to communicate.

That's the nice thing about posting... I have all the time I need to figure out what I really want to say.

you could start by looking at some graphics that are already made. Either copy some from your game or download a custom pic from the web. Open them with Paint or a similar graphics program and fiddle around with them. Look at them at 800% zoom to see how they are colored/shaded. Then try to draw your own.

I have been told by some and shown by others' questions that few people really know what I'm doing with this post so I'm going to try to explain it better.

Ever since Brett opened Alexandria, he has asked for the community's help in 'submitting' scenarios and certain information about them to help make Alex a searchable database. If you haven't yet, please click on Alex's Submission Form to get a better idea of what it is to 'submit' a scenario to Alex.

The scenarios on the list are those which I have found to be missing from Alex's database and still need to be submitted. I have included with them all the information needed that can be found without actually playing the game. The information that is still needed is; # indoor sections, # outdoor sections, time it takes to play in days, and some still need a brief description. This information can only be found by playing the scenario so I'm asking the community for help.

If you would like to help this is what you do.
1. First voulnteer for a scenario in a reply to this post.
2. I will unbold the title of that scenario so that others know that it is being taken care of. There is no time limit, take as long as you need.
3. While you are playing the scenario, keep track of how many indoor sections there are (this includes every time you need to re-explore a town because of an event), how many outdoor sections there are, and how long it takes you to play it.
4. When you have finished playing the scenario post the information you have found with a brief description of the scenario and I will submit it at Alex. OR Submit the scenario yourself using the form linked to above and post that you have done it.
5. I will delete that scenario from the list.
6. Repeat as often as you like.

Thank you.

I'm not Ben, but my stance is that Jerry Farwell will already be dead before the second coming. Depending on how you see the rapture he will either be 'taken' to hell while all the Christians live the tribulation, or he will be 'left behind' while all the Christians go to heaven and have to survive the seven year tribulation which includes worldwide earthquakes, famine, pestilence, poisoned water (wormwood), water turned to blood and two handfulls of various other plagues that will occur before the second coming. If by then Jerry is not dead, he will wish he was and will gladly tear out his own liver and beat himself with it.

So are we really dying now? in Blades of Exile
Infiltrator

Copied from my Lyceum post:

BoE will only die if those of us who love it let it die. If you abandon your scenarios, it will die sooner. (or more likely, it will go on in spite of your abandonment) But I still think you should keep working on your scenarios. Shyguy admitted he was still going to check in every now and again (and maybe even write another scenario), he just needs a little vacation. Who can blame him after Spiderweb's insults? Sometimes a vacation is good for the soul. It helps you realize what you truly love. But Shyguy is right, in reality this game is not, and should not be the center of everyone's lives. It is a phase, a fad. Not in a bad way but in a way that a person can look back on with fond memories and perhaps share with the next generation. New players will replace the old, the inexperienced will become the veterans. So lets forget about the 'death' of BoE and instead concentrate on making today alive.

Added note: JUNE!!! I only have until June? I hope I can finish it in time.

I've reworked the list to make it easier to navigate. I've also included all the misc info I can find so it's easier for you to submit one to Alex.

Can I get any volunteers to take a scenario and play it? Again, keep track of #of towns/dungeons, #of outdoor sections, and how long it takes to play. Some scenarios still need a short Description too.

I believe I read the same things that Elderin read. I remember it was Murder She Wrote (or something like that) who connected me with the information. It did change my opinion about homosexuality. Not about whether it is moral or not, but rather how God persieves the person who is gay. I am very grateful for the discussion because it made me think for myself instead of just following what my parents, friends, pastors have said. My opinion now is based upon what I think, not what others have told me to think.

(FWIW even if it is nothing, I see David and Stephen's relationship more closely related to that of Sam and Frodo)

Thank you, NK0P is taken care of. It might be a good idea for the person playing it to give a brief description too. I just copied what was up at Spiderweb for this one, but it'd be nice for those not there.

PS. Hey Brett, I think I spelled his name wrong on the submission form. :( If you can take care of that before you post it, I'd be much obliged.
